We ate lunch here today. My friend ordered the coney dog, tater tots, and lemonade. I had a double cheeseburger, cheddar peppers, and lemonade. The food was hot and tasted great. The board had something nasty stuck on it and my friend used hand sanitizer after placing our order. I was asked whether it wanted a small or large double cheeseburger. I didn’t know what the difference was because they only showed one on the board. So I just said large. I forgot to ask for no onions, so I had to pick them off my hamburger. It was messy because there was plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise and a piece of lettuce. That sandwich was a meal in itself. The cheddar peppers aren’t hot themselves. The cheese lays on top of the pepper under a crispy coating. The cheese is really hot in the pocket at the bottom towards the last bite. They serve ranch dressing with it. The lemonade is the real thing. It is fresh and tart, just like you would expect.

The chicken sandwich didn’t have anything on it, had to send it back, the bun was burnt, the milkshake was so thick you couldn’t drink it. It was a bad experience. Hope they get some employees soon, and train them how to make food.

Just before closing we pulled in and had a complicated milkshake order. The young dude who took our order was flat out awesome. His attitude was top notch. He was friendly, personable and stopped what he was doing to help.

Under staffed, took forever to place and receive order, had to call twice. Order was cold, fries were really cold and hard. The fountain drink ordered smelled and tasted like mold, threw everything away…JUST HORRIBLE!!

As usual the service here is VERY slow. Which is why I always reluctantly come here unless I just want a milkshake (which can also take 30 minutes.) Beside that fact, I visited the other day to grab a bite with my cousin. I have this Express Discount Card which I bought from a fundraiser my sister was doing that I have used a couple times there. The discount on the card for Sonic is a “Free Single Patty Burger with the purchase of another.” Which is quite a deal because they have decently sized burgers. I order the #1 (which is a single patty burger) and proceed to tell them I have the discount card. They tell me that they don’t accept those anymore. I tell them that I’ve used it here before at this location and explain it again just in case they think it’s something other than what I had. Again, they told me that they don’t accept them (rudely, might I add). So, I’m just like whatever and get the meal without the extra burger.

Probably the best Sonic I have experienced. Our items came out hot and order was correct and with the complicity of the order alot could have gone wrong. Our server “Shi” was a super star with a wonderful personality. She was extremely active getting orders to customers the whole time we were present and seemed to handle it well.

The location I usually go to often says their machines are down for their shakes and such. We went here and we were able to get what we wanted. Our carhop was very nice and we thanked her for being able to serve us shakes. She told us we were welcome anytime.
