If I could 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible. Sat in line for over 30 mins. Once I go up to the window nobody opened the window to take my payment or even told me how much longer the wait would be. I just sat there for a while. Cars behind me started leaving honestly I should’ve left too. I asked for no mayo on my burgers and one came so loaded with mayo It didn’t make any sense. I get home my food is so cold.. I will not be back. Absolutely TERRIBLE

STOP leaving off sauces every time I order here. No one wants mozzarella sticks without marinara sauce. EVERY single time. This is an entry level job for high schoolers. And the grown employees can’t figure it out.

One of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. I waited forever at the drive-thru speaker and even longer at the window, while employees were inside celebrating “we reached 1400” instead of serving customers.

I clearly asked for no onions, and the young white teenage man bagging the food gave me an attitude for even saying it—yet my burger still had onions. My Oreo Blast had strawberry coloring in it, which is disgusting and makes it obvious the mixers aren’t being cleaned. The slushies are also never mixed.

Completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and careless. Not coming back.

This is the third time I’ve been to this Sonic and my experience keeps getting worse. The people who work here should be fired and a whole new crew brought in. I’d hate to see it close because I do like the food. I pulled up at about 9:30p and pulled into stall 6. I pressed the button to order and it blinked a few times then went solid red and the speaker clicked and then the button and speaker turned off. Obviously someone answered. I hit the button 3 more times with the same thing occurring each time. As soon as the button went solid red I started asking if it was drive thru only and I get no response so, I pulled into stall 7 and pressed the button. I get the same thing. Button goes solid red and the speaker clicks but nobody ever says anything. Again, I do this about 3 times. While sitting in stall 7 I see a man, looks like he’s in his late 30’s to early 40’s, walk from inside the store to the drive thru speaker. On his way back inside I stopped him to tell him that I believed there was a problem with the speaker in stall 6. He then informs me that only stalls 1-3 are open along with the drive thru because they are slow and it costs too much money to run the rest of the stalls when they are slow like this. I mentioned something about chaining off the stalls that were unavailable to let any other customers know they were closed. I pull around the building to stall 1 and wouldn’t you know the screen is totally dark. There has been a car in stall 2 the entire time I’ve been there and now stall 3 is occupied as well. I wait for stall 2 to become available and move to stall 2. I place my order and am told it will be out to me shortly. No total. No order on the screen. Nothing. So, I hit the button again to ask for the total. The man answers and tells me the total he then proceeded to keep his headset on to listen to what we have to say in the car and to keep me from pressing the button again. By the time the food came out there were cars in stalls 4, 6, and 7. The vehicles in stalls 4, 6, and 7 have now gotton to order(I thought those stalls were closed).The kid (late teens early 20’s), who brought the food out, takes it to stall 4 then bring it to me in stall 2 and tells me it will be just a minute for him to get my change. I take the food out of the bag its in and it looks so thrown around its unreal. When I look at the receipt on the bag I understand why the food was taken to stall 4 as it says the order was for stall 5 and there isn’t a vehicle in stall 5.

Horrible experience to start out. The youth are not too familiar with customer service and problem resolution. I did (however) give them 4 stars due to my follow up experience with Brandon (the manager). I would advise to check your entire order prior to leaving this location.

Rude!!!! They do not like when you tell them they got the order wrong. I always get my drinks with no ice. MAKAYLA brought my drink out, I called back in to let them know it was made wrong, didnt anything over the speaker just hung up. She comes back out, doesnt say anything grabs my incorrect drink and walks back in. Now im sure my drink will be made incorrectly all the way.

Heartless workers here. When you’re in a financial pit having to care for a parent about to pass of cancer and they refuse any sort of accommodation because I didnt have all the money in one payment format. Then the monster of a cashier lady chuckling at me when explaining the situation of my parent who is about to die. Dont support this establishment.

As you can see me and alot of others feel the same way about this location and management. They have horrible customer service , provide cold food and when you complain your wrong! If I’m paying my money I do not want cold food it’s early in the morning my food shouldn’t be cold. I asked the manager to remake my food he got a whole attitude and my food was still cold !!!!!! This is the worst location ever ! I dont understand why they are still in business when they do not care about customers and they do nt care about the food they provide to us. Then you complain to the sonic number and they apologize say will fix it and try and offer you a free item ! I do not want anything free !! I want you people to come from corporate and put management in charge that cares and has a team that cares !

Do not go there. Horrible customer service. Their screens went down as our card was processing and they refused to give us our food. Refused to give the district manager number. Finally offered our food cold and wouldn’t remake it. We were there almost an hour and paid 27 dollars for no food.

Will never go back there again.

Bunch of young people with no customer service skills.

More worries about the food being taken out of their paycheck than taking care of the customer.
