On May 2 stopped here before closing on the way home from an event. They hurriedly made our order and then closed up early. We had time to park from the drive through and all the employees were leaving. Mine hamburger was not hot but edible. My wife’s hotdog was not it tasted like chemicals and made her sick after we got home. I contacted Sonic by email and they sounded concerned and said the owner would contact me. That was in May . The owner never contacted me. I wouldn’t eat here again and I think the health department shuts it down.

Food out fast and made like we ordered. Both meals were customized some. The cherry limeades they put extra cherries in which is always a big plus with me.

Not a typical Sonic with drive-in service. Drive thru set up/location is weird. Person who took our order kept laughing hysterically and was obviously distracted because we had to correct her when she read the order back to us, and she still messed it up. Ordered a medium slush, was given a large (problem for Type 1 diabetics). Was given a large coke (again an issue for diabetics) that we did not order but she insisted we take it because she charged us for it.

Just went through drive through to order my *happy hour drink,
To get to the window to be charged $5 + for my large drink. I said it’s half price, it’s happy hour and was told we’re not doing that. And was offered no receipt. I don’t like getting played..
I always tip even when I go through the drive through.
Not Today! Probably won’t go back.

My experience at this restaurant was by far the worst experience I have had in any sonics location. Cook who wasn’t even in uniform who I thought was a customer was making food. I asked for fresh food and the cook got extremely upset and refused to make my food fresh. Asked for my money back and finally someone remade my food fresh however, my sandwich came out raw. They also let me know there is no manager available at the moment which is crazy to me because this staff needs supervision.

Every employee, including the “manager” looks like they hate life, hate their job and you are bothering them. Absolute disrespect towards a custom attempting to spend money at your business. Rude doesn’t even begin to cover their behavior. I will never go to this location again and advise everyone to stay far far away.

this is the absolute worst sonic location I’ve ever been to like honestly they’re better off just closing this one. NOBODY in this place wants to do their job, not even the manager. I was starving when I pulled up and ordered me AND MY CHILD food and all I had was tap to pay (they apparently don’t accept tap) but I also a picture of my card which could have been manually entered but they shut the window on me after telling me “ok u can go now. there’s nothing I can do for u”

Skip this sonic if you can. Their grade is in the 80’s. Horrible attitude. They act like you’re bothering them by coming in and spending money. I guess because my change was only 2 cents, the cashier decided she wasn’t going to give it to me. The fact that I had to ask for my change, 2 cents or not, is bad. I have been here a couple times trying to give them a chance but I refuse to give them my hard earned money.
