This place is disgusting. Ordered a medium meal and ended up with a small because they only had small cups. Asked for 2 original chicken sandwiches and just before I bit in I noticed mold on the bottom bun. The other original chicken also had mold and my son found a long hair in his chicken nuggets. NEVER go hear.

Worst, slowest customer service. DoorDash pick up is a joke as I had to stand in ordering line because the 2 other employees standing by counter could not unfold arms long enough to ask anyone why they were at online order pickup area. When the order was ready for pick up, they did not even tell me. They added another member to the group, and the four of them stood around talking.

This burger king location is so fancy i can have a business meeting with my clients here lol. Very clean, spacious, and friendly workers. Not only that they had Crowns at every table so i was super excited to get one. Food tasted great with a side of love.

If you want to wait in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes with just 3 cars in front of you, this is the place for you. I had to leave the drive thru tonight because I just couldn’t take waiting any longer. For some reason they only have 2 people working late at night which leads to these insane wait times.

Aside from this issue being noted, Burger King’s customer service corrected the issue. – I had made a mobile order for a $30 deal. Fries tasted horrible, both original chicken sandwiches has little to no mayo or lettuce on them. Both whoppers were flat, literally looked like a pancake! Then I was missing all of the ranch sauces that were supposed to come with the nuggets, and the mayo packets were missing. I also placed this order 10 minutes prior to me picking up. By the time I arrived, I still had to wait 5-10 minutes for my order. Then to get home and see the missing items and the horrible quality of the food. Thankfully, customer service helped me out and gave me some compensation for the ridiculous quality of the food. Paying $30, it was totally unacceptable. (Picture is of one of the original chicken sandwiches)!

Waited forever with only 2 cars in line at lunchtime. My dbl ch burger was like 2 hockey pucks. The bacon on my sons chick sand was raw basically. No toys for my grandsons meal. He said they were out and replaced w a cookie. I said fine. Got home, no cookue.

I’ve been coming to this Burger King for about half a year now and it’s been great! The food is delicious, the employees are, for the most part, very friendly and sociable and although they sometimes get an order wrong, they’ll always commit to giving the Customer their best service

I can’t keep coming here. And I’m a local. Always messing up the order. You order so much and they give it to you in one bag so now my fries are all over the place because I ALWAYS have to check through the bag here. So I leave cause the food is right. But the cinnamon buns got no icing and the nuggets got no sweet and sour. Those aren’t household items that are common I’m sorry. So now 2 out of my 5 things suck. They are the type that give you your food through the window then run away from the window after during the time you tell them they missed stuff. And I’m not going to walk inside every time. And it’s just every time all the time there. So annoying. YOU GUYS NEED TO WAKE UP! I’ll try back in a couple months since I’m 2 blocks away.
