It’s a drive – in. Don’t look for atmosphere. The atmosphere is the inside of your car. I love the food here, the drinks can be as exotic as you want. Don’t look for low fat or low sugar. Indulge and enjoy. Great car hops provide excellent service ☺️.

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food because that’s what it is, fast food. But, my experience this evening was uncalled for.
I went through the drive thru for chicken tenders, onion rings, and a large drink.
I get to the window and the lady tried to pass me a small drink. I explained that I am on my way to work and I will like a large drink. She asked about the size of my food. I explained again my order. You can sense her frustration as she took several deep breaths. I didn’t care about an up-charge as I ordered what I wanted and was prepared to pay for it. The lady in the window was very inconvenienced by a large drink so I told them to cancel my order and I will go somewhere else.
The staff here is miserable and really dislikes their jobs for the reaction I received over a large drink.

The manager has a good eye for people to work there. Every person we’ve ever dealt with there is the kind of person you want to interact with. At a chain restaurant that’s the thing that stands out most since you know what you’re getting in the way of food.

What in the holy hell has happened to customer service and common sense. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with only ONE person ahead of me. Then the cashier was rude when I mentioned the long wait. No sympathy at all from the manager. Finally – they couldn’t produce a receipt because they “threw it out.” Why would you throw out a receipt without asking first. Don’t waste your time or money.

I pulled up to a car stall i Pressed The red button waited Twelve minutes wasn’t served then asked an employee about the wait Was laughed by the employee then one minute later My button just went back to normal without anyone taking my order i think the person inside skipped me after I asked an employee about the long wait I wasn’t rude it was just a simple question, but apparently that was enough for them to get irritated and so they skipped me i drove off with nothing. On a previous order i didnt get the side cheese peppers and I wanted to pick that up but couldn’t even do that this place is painful

Husband waited over 20 minutes in drive thru. Got my drink order wrong. I ordered honey bbq jumbo popcorn chicken and I literally got small pieces of breading. Didn’t fill up the fries and they were cold. No meat at all. Florida has the worst fast food service. Get your business together.

The star is for the servers nice personality. The lack of stars is for the worst turtle toffee nut blast or more accurately, a cup of soft serve. I returned it once to have them add the toppings they forgot and STILL, just barely a sprinkle on top, nothing inside.

This location is right by a man made lake where you can have 3 or more species interact with you while you eat your meal.
This cattle egret in breeding plumage stayed with us the whole time we were there.
We also saw white ibis, sandhill cranes, mottled ducks, and boat tailed grackles.

I paid $27 for dinner and I ordered the honey BBQ jumbo chicken meal(#12) and they gave me crispy crunchies with no chicken. Like it was the bottom of the bag. I live 15 mins for there and at 9:30 pm after being on the water all day that is definitely not how I wanted to ended it. When I called no one answered. Not a great way to have customer service
