so 20 plus times of ordering the super Famous Super Chicken Pita and was so happy with the amount of chicken as protien is big for me and I dont eat the Pita,the last 4-6 times ive gotten about half the amountf chicken I previously did, so I called one pervious order ago and asked and I was told it depends on the cook which was never an issue previously. so now im getting way less for the same price and then today I get literally half the chicken and its all on one side almost to demonstrate after my complaint.
16 bucks plus tip and fee’s for what seems to be 4oz of chicken lettuce and two cheese slices bums me after getting An actual meal previously is disappointing.

One salad= 3-4 servings! Great last stop when you’ve been out. Decent service despite some of the behaviors of patron. Food never missed!

It is absolutely sad that we can’t get good customer service in our community. The food one out 1 of 10 is probably seven pretty decent, but the customer service is terrible. my second time attempt to go up there .I called my order in , she was rude on the phone or I came up there to order to ask about how much an item was ,the attitude and the smart mouth. One young lady said to me , “it look like you need to go home and cook” And I was taking back but I would never go back up there and spend my money. If you value good customer service like I do avoid this place! It is ashame

This has got to be one of the best coney islands I’ve ever been to. Have been to this place every hour of any day (mind you this place is open 24/7) 10/10 hospitality! I’ve ordered from DoorDash, phone order, in person, etc. The food NEVER misses. Whenever I’m in the area I’ll always pickup some Parkside, even if I’m full I’ll save it for later! (GET THE PARKSIDE BURGER IT’LL CHANGE YOUR LIFE)

I’ve never had a problem with the food here until today. Grits and eggs no problem but the meat looks old the bacon you can’t even break it and the sausage definitely been sitting. And the ham dry discolored. I called to just have them give me some fresh meat. Was told shift just changed and it was out on hold forever. I’m very disappointed. Money straight wasted on an easy fix

I ordered a turkey club and a small chili cheese fries. $16.50. The sandwich cones with ham which i opted out of. My turkey club had 1 piece of turkey, no tomatoes, a dollop of mayo and warped lettuce. It was dry and salty. The pickle they gave me was straight out of a valasic jar. Whole. The fries tasted as if they had set a while before covering with chili & cheese. I called to complain. The cashier could only offer for me to bring it back and have it remade. I passed. Everytime I give them another try, I get disappointed. Never again…

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Greek salad and large Parkside fries with chicken added. I absolutely hated the salad. One of the worst salads I’ve ever had in my life. Not enough feta, too many peppers and olives. Felt like I was eating a pepper and olive salad. Parkside fries were ok, I hate squeezed cheese (it was my fault for forgetting to say sliced), but their squeezed cheese was fortunately not bad. Had to add my own cheese though. Felt like they didn’t put enough.
I forgot using card charges more, had to go home and get money. Lady told me 26 dollars, I asked this lady 3 times for confirmation that the order was 26 dollars, she said yes. Drove all the way home and back to be told 26.79 by a whole different person. When I stated I was specifically told 26 dollars and the cashier was confronted she said “I did?” And pulled the confused card. Ran back to my car to search for 79 cents when I shouldn’t have had to. Gave me a single ranch for my big salad and tried to charge me 1 for each extra ranch. Will never come here again, they’re penny pinchers. The food isn’t good enough. Parkside fries saved what was supposed to be a 1 star review.
