Terrible service. Inept staff. Horrible wait time. Went through the drive-thru and it took us 15 minutes just to get the young man to take our order. Still got the order wrong which took another 10 minutes to correct. Gave us the wrong change twice.

Was served an incredibly undercooked patty and cold hard tots. When I requested a refund they said I had to contact support because I ordered through the app and now support is also refusing me a refund. I wouldn’t go back here even if offered a lifetime of free food. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is a pass, and a nope ♀️ all the intercom we tried were barely working. They can’t hear us, We can’t hear them. Dated worn down dirty. Got our order wrong twice and was rude about it. Took 45 minutes before we could eat anything. The burger is not what we ordered but here’s a picture.

I was a little weary due to some reviews but most people will post a bad review before they will post a good so I went ahead and tried them anyway. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and cheddar peppers. We were only 1 of 2 cars and it did take only 5 minutes to get my order and it was hot and fresh.

The absolute WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had! ordered one burger and fries.
Bottom bun of burger was as stale as a hockey puck so I couldn’t eat it with the bottom bun. The fries were over 3 dollars and it was barely even full. Not to mention I found a Piece of WEAVE in my fries. Health inspectors need to shut this place down ASAP. This has turned me away from ever coming back to ANY sonic ever! Disgusting

This Sonic location in Fort Pierce must have a serious issue with work ethic. My visit last night leaves a lot to be desired. I had my vehicle idling at the drive-thru intercom and speaking hello into it for 5 minutes before an employee finally acknowledged my existence. After paying $24 and receiving my order of 3 large shakes, I noticed the cups were all only filled 3/4 of capacity each. See my picture. I mentioned to the young lady employee that these are underfilled and she needs to add the missing content. She gave me a confused face gesture and completely ignored my request to make things right. To make matters more of a nuisance, there was a fouled mouth co-worker swearing worst than a drunken sailor inside the facility who’s voice was so loud, there was probably no chance of the other young lady, who took my order and prepared it, hearing her headset. If you don’t want to be aggravated, do yourself a favor and buy a McFlurry from McDonald’s for half the price and it will be filled all the way to the top, provided if their ice cream machine isn’t broken.

When I order just 1 Blast and you forget to bring it to me well that’s a problem! However, when I asked for the Manager to complain, well she was very apologetic and gave it to me free. I appreciate that but it needs to be looked at when you lose a customer’s order for 1 thing! (And there was ONLY 1 other Car in the stall and no others, not even in the drive through!

This place is a disaster. Always understaffed, terrible food quality. I got a burnt burger today, and last time they put lemons in the dr. Pepper floats. 0/10—unbelievably bad. Shouldn’t even be open.
