workers were nice and stuff i just had specified i wanted only pickles onions and ketchup on my cheesburger, came back with nothing but cheese and barely warm so im thinking it was old. the sticker with the specifications was on top of the wrapped cheesburger so its not like i got the wrong burger, they just don’t care enough to make it how i ordered and PAYED for. i’m more offended at the fact, there was half a pickle underneath the cheese. I’m thinking it was done out of spite will never know.

Don’t go inside, You walk in and you’re greated by the digital clerk that takes your order, then someone behind the counter throws a bag on the counter and yells out the order numbers. You’re lucky if you can find a clean table. Bathrooms needed cleaned yesterday and smell.

This is a joke right. Order a large fry and they give you the equivalent of a regular. This is why no one eats out anymore. 2nd photo is of another visit and it appears they really like to not deliver on what you order. AMAZING

Pulled up to make an order. After the very first item I ordered I was asked if this completed my order. I said no, I have several more items. After every single thing I said before I could say the next one I was asked again if this completed my order. We were the only ones in line and were asked to pull up. My food was hot and fresh.

This one particular store is putting water in their coffee to make it extend, so they don’t have to make another one right away and keep the line moving. I had to double check it wasn’t tea they gave me…..this has happened 3 times and now I will just make damn sure I dont ever go back to this one. I blame the managers as they have make sorry excuses for not providing oversight.

Just my recent experience.I have typically always went through the drive through and did this time also. However I was missing numerous items which was no big deal. I went back to retrieve those items after getting home. However going inside to actually speak to anyone is apparently almost impossible. The only reason anybody addressed me after spending 5 minutes at the counter was because someone ordered online. How is it possible I had numerous people literally not even address me at the main counter. Two employees passed infront of me and nobody said anything. I’m sure this review doesn’t even matter but I just wanted to vent my experience.
