For a place that has fantastic food and service, I’m sad to see that the touchscreen‘s are broken. It would be nice to be able to give your crew a tip when they do amazing and awesome work. The tip button is on the touchscreen. Please fix your equipment. Red button still works.

I think it’s a good place to go through. It’s a good drive-thru. They got good food. Really good food. I like to get the hot dogs and when I get a ride from somebody I like to treat them to a hot dog too. Request a soda with cherry syrup and extra cherries, pay for the extra cherries… Receive drink with 0 cherries. No way to get a refund.

I ordered on the app on my phone. When she brought the food she said I owed over 3.60 and I said why I paid with the app on my phone. She took my food and went back in and came back and said I owed it. I used the 1/2 price drink coupon so on app got I got a discount but on her receipt I didn’t. Thats why I owed money. She wouldn’t listen so I paid it and left. I go to that Sonic at least 2 to 3 times a week. I was furious and not sure I will go back. You can’t fix stupid!!!!

Ordered a chili cheese foot long, that was good. Mozzarella sticks were not that hot and the marinara sauce was very watered down. My strawberry creme milkshake was too thick to drink thru a straw but they didn’t give me spoon. I ordered a soda and ice cream cone after I was done that and waited over 10 mins for them to bring it out. When I asked where it was the gentleman heard me and came out immediately. He instantly brought out my soda and ice creamfor free.

Order arrived very fast and food was packaged neatly. Everything we ordered except the burgers was excellent (medium chocolate milkshake, 2 large tots, 1 large onion rings, 1 large popper, and 2 double cheeseburgers without cheese). This is the first time we’ve ordered Sonic burgers, and unfortunately, it will be the last time our tongues taste this. The burger meat had a strange odor plus tough fatty chunks / deposits dispersed in it that made it unpleasant to eat and got stuck in our teeth. The rest of the sides tasted pretty good, were crunchy, and were not oily at all. Would come back again, but not for the burgers. Milkshake was perfect.

Please actively listen in the drive through. I didn’t verify hard enough, opened my burgers to find plain child’s food and not the double cheeseburgers I ordered that have been on the menu for over a decade. Ruined my night.

The manager on duty at the store today is super unprofessional and really shouldn’t be in fast food at all. Brought bad food to their attention and was told they don’t have to accommodate even though I brought back the burnt cold food. Manager says she doesn’t have to talk to me or tell me her name. So I’m sitting here doing a review instead of enjoying my dad before I leave this parking lot. I’m in the industry and a business owner and this place now sucks in my book! Not returning unless a real professional reach’s out to respond.
