This was our first visit to the Plant City Sonic. We chose to eat at one of the picnic tables, rather than in our car. Our food was delivered to us in a paper bag. I asked our server if there was ketchup packets in the bag. She said that she believed that there was. I thanked her and she walked away. When I opened the bag, not only was there no ketchup inside, but she hadn’t given us any straws for our drinks either. Fortunately, a little while later, a different server came by and was able to provide those things to us. Oh, our food was pretty tasty.

quality very disappointing place looks abandoned. The new Orange Cloudsicle Slush Float
is disappointing only 6 pieces of popping boba on top non inside the slush. Wawa do much better.
Pup Cup isn’t free anymore and iti is more of the size of an kids ice-cream, make it smaller and give it out for free as an dog treat like Starbucks nobody want 5 oz ice cream as dog treat ( loaded with lots of sugar )

Paid almost $9.00 for two drinks. Cherry limeade was not good and very little ice. Lemonade was disgusting….FERMENTED! One drink and nearly threw up! Threw drinks out. Needs health inspector to visit this one!

Orderd a milkshake and the bottom of the cup was broken and leaking every and while I was drinking it I found a metal piece in the milkshake it looks like a piece of the machine they use to mixer

Food is not good, at least the buffalo boneless chicken I got. The service was ok not much to tell during the short time I spent on the drive through but I can surely say I will not be coming back to eat here.

Food was not fresh. Spent over $30 and expected fresher like other sonics I’ve been to.
The drive thru is a bit weird. You order and pull up to a wall. They walk it out. There is no window to pull up to.
