The young lady whom brought the food was great, but the food was cold, and she had to go back in about 3 to 4 times, because they missed all kinds of things with our order. If we would of drove off, I’d want my money back, cause that was a bit ridiculous. Hopefully they was new, cause it was NOBODY in the parking lot, the employees was out side sitting smoking, so the service should of been better.

Couldn’t even get my food Waited 45 mi utes with no one in front of us. No one ever came out with food. Sorry but waiting that long is not acceptable and I left before I got my food or was even able to pay that was 45 minutes of my life. I’ll never get back and it’s not the first time it’s probably the fifth time I don’t know why I love sonic so I keep trying and every time it’s at least 30 minutes if not 45.

I typically try to keep my reviews fun and edgy, but unfortunately, I have to play that Karen / Kevin on this review. My wife and I took our two grandsons for a couple of Milkshakes and corn dogs. we waited over 20 minutes after we ordered our food only to have some young lady walk up to my truck twice with the wrong food. We gave up and just pulled away.

Placed an order for two cheeseburgers and a large order of tater tots. They were absolutely disgusting. The cheeseburgers were so cold they felt like they had been refrigerated. The tater tots was nothing but an extremely greasy blob. There were no individual tots just a formed mass that had taken the shape of the cardboard container. Could not eat them from the container and had to put it on a plate and eat it with a fork. I had eaten a couple bites when my wife took a bite of her cheeseburger and I watched her pull part of her bite from her mouth with a long hair attached to it. We threw the food away. There is no excuse for this. NONE whatsoever.

36 minutes from start to receiving food. The person taking orders said “wait a minute” after each item ordered. Took 9 minutes to put in the order. Food was below average, even for “fast food”. Asked for No Mayo but got plenty. I don’t think we will return.

Waited 30 minutes for 3 small slushies which we never received!! Absolutely terrible service. The manager might do well to make sure they have enough carhops working on Saturday afternoon!
