Drive-through is very slow. Don’t know if it’s a staffing problem or something else. I feel a drive-through should be quick, that’s why you don’t get put of your car. You’re on the go.

Sad limp cold fries not even cooked all the way, rotten lettuce, lukewarm burger at best. Second time at this location and both times were absolutely trash. It’s been about 8 months since my first visit so thought I would try again as it’s a busy day and the kid’s rarely eat out anywhere. 2 kid’s meals and regular meals for a grand total of wasted $40. Embarrassing even for fast food ♂️

The food was good however the service was terrible. Employees at this Burger King are very rude when asking for the bare minimum. The girl working at night was so rude when I asked her to unlock the bathroom door for me all she did was stare and said “go”. She had major staring problems. Also ignored me for 10 minutes when asking for sauce. When we ordered the food they tried charging us for 4 meals when only asked for two. It’s okay I understand misunderstandings happens but the person who took our order was rude to us and giving attitude when it’s his mistake in the first place. I’m a patient person but if you don’t like customer service then don’t work there and be rude to paying customers.
