Enclosed photo of my Meal. Ive never seen it look so bad. Besides the lack of chili and cheese there were several mistakes in our order. We were shorted onion rings and all of our fries were only half full. Paid almost $50 for basicly half servings of meals.
The last time we went to this sonic we sat at the drive thru for 10 mins with no assistance. We drove to the pickup window and decided they were closed but then someone came out and we asked if they were open and the person was smart with her answer so we just backed back to the pick up window and she came took our order there and had attitude the whole time. We only ordered drinks but decided we wouldn’t drink em because of the attitude we were afraid something might have been done to them. There wont be a 3rd strike. They are already out. We wont be going back to this Sonic.

Was here to pickup an order. Took nearly 15 min to complete the order and no one was in the drive through (only one other in a stall). Only reason I’m leaving 2 ☆s is the person who brought out the order managed to smile.

The screen said my food was done and Nicole was bringing it out 20 minutes ago, so I pressed the button and the person was like did you put a name with your order? Yeah it’s the stall number you wrote down when I gave you my order. Just heard the manager has the cook doing something other than cooking… That’s why it took so long.

This is the worst sonic. They can’t even make my shake right. Tried them 3 times and got a brownie blast and all i got was chocolate flakes in vanilla ice cream. Other time my burger was on a solid rock hard stale roll with a patty that was dripping in mustard and smaller than the pickle on it. This last time totally ended it with a oreo master shake and it was farthest from a shake and the girl had the cup doubled up. Realized why when i tried to let it sit so i could actually suck it through my straw was because she put a giant hole in the cup so she was trying to hide it but it was just a huge mess seeping into the next cup and coming out the top. Disastrous every time

I have always gotten mediocre food from the sonic, but I didn’t care because it’s whatever it’s fast food But today I went in Tuesday 1:00 PM That woman named Jennifer produced food for me that I did not know was possible in the walls of sonic I didn’t know they were working with that type of material in there. Dude in front of me order is a Smashburger, but he says that the Smashburger’s are really shitty and she says bet I’ll make it for you myself, I can’t imagine the joy that man experienced when he got home and saw the potential of a sonic smash burger. Food was good, but the service is terrible. Not enough people working at lunch on a weekend. Took forever for someone to answer the drive in button. Then took 15 minutes to get some hot dogs and fries. Then had to press the button and wait another 10 minutes for some ketchup they forgot to bring. And overall just unfriendly workers. And it wasn’t even very busy. It’s a shame, because this is in a great location and has good food. But only having, from what I saw, 2 kids working at this time is just bad. And of course they ask if you want to tip…for what?!

Everything. Was told to wait at speaker to order. Took 15 min before I just pulled up to the window. Employees acted like they didnt know I was there. Was given the incorrect drinks. Numerous cars that were behind us drove off. Took almost 10 more minutes to get the correct drink then they tried to hand me extra drinks.

So I’ve ordered this meal so many times without issue and today was just unacceptable. If you’re out of supplies or your people are lazy or untrained just say so and I’ll either order something else or leave. Plus the constant issues with the blast machine always being down. This croissant is about half the size as normal which tells me it’s not the normal croissant bread, plus the egg is NOWHERE near acceptable and isn’t even half of what is normally there. The only reason I even ate it was because I was hungry and have to sit with my son for his medical infusion so I don’t have time to bring it back.

I was enjoying slushies with my family at Sonic when I noticed a worker had brought their child inside the facility with no shoes on. It was really unsanitary and honestly made my stomach turn—I couldn’t even finish my drink. This is not something I expected to see at a place of business, and it makes me question the cleanliness standards here. Probably won’t be coming back. I totally understand that sometimes kids need to come to work, and I wouldn’t even think twice if they had shoes on. But seeing them barefoot just makes me a little uncomfortable. Do better..
