I came to get a quick dinner and boy was I friggin surprised. When I got to the window to order it took me 15 minutes to even place my order. Then when I got to the window and paid took another 15 minutes to get my food. After I paid I waited completely 30 minutes to get fast food and this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s unacceptable.

Only got shakes so can’t comment on the food. Basic flavor shakes are good but… if u order a specialty shake make sure it is made to the specifications of the description on the website. I ordered a specialty shake and they forgot a key ingredient. I called & mgr provided her name and told me they’d remake it. Awesome! Returned ~1wk later and specialty shake was remade (by a different MANAGER), only it was still wrong…
Guys/Gals/etc, this isn’t rocket science (I’vepersonally worked in 3 different ff chains). If u sell a specialty item (or any item, for that matter), please ensure all employees are trained how to make it properly. There’s even less excuses when a mgr remakes it… On that note, I’m giving 4 stars across the board bc everyone was friendly and they corrected their error (even if it was wrong the 2nd time also).
I wouldn’t hesitate to patronize this place again, I’d simply ensure my order was correct before I left (drive-thru specific experience).

Watched a car in the drive thru in front of us place a big order, get ignored and drive off. Then we were ignored in the drive thru. We thought maybe there were technical issues. We then went to the carside ordering. My wife began her order and “Josiah” left us hanging. They were open and not busy(5:30 on a Sunday) ….I guess they don’t want our business. I won’t be back to this location.

if i could put lower i would give 0 stars. Every time i get my slushies are melted, they always forget my food, they never seem to get anything right. I ordered a whole burger combo and the completely forgot it and messed up my drink how do you mess up a simple slushie. so frustrating getting home after working and can’t even eat because they forget your whole meal. make sure to always check everything before leaving my mistake i guess.

I drove all the way home before I had realized, I was gonna have to find something else to eat. I ordered a large boneless chicken meal. This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s not even chicken. It’s a bunch of crumbs and no meat. Even the larger pieces are still just breading.

Worst ever. Never again. Our food was ice cold except my hot fudge sundae which was soupy
Fries greasy and ice cold. Cheeseburger ice cold and burnt. One burger was with no onions and tomatoes and it was on it. The other was no onions and no tomatoes, add mayonnaise and extra pickles. Guess what. Not only didn’t get the extra pickles I didn’t get any no mayonnaise either. If I could have, I would give this sonic a negative 10. Doesn’t this look so yummy NOT

Pulled up before 9pm today. Employees inside talking. Several cars are waiting in the drive thru and they are not answering the drive thru. Waited at a box location and still no answer. You could hear them pick up and cancel our order. Hours posted till 12 am. Was there 10 minutes without service or any communication and we had to leave and go give our money to McDonalds instead.

Stop and got double bacon cheese burger combo around 4:30. I work 3 minutes from there. My burger was cold no way it just came off the grill. Meat was cold and dry very poo quality.

I’m a regular customer 5 times a week at lunch time. Every time I have Mrs Danielle it’s very pleasant, my order is spot on hot and accurate. It’s hard to get that kind of service anywhere else.

At first I was a little skeptical at ordering from here. As we drove in trying to get a very late lunch, the building looks old, light fixtures was rusted. We decided to gamble, and it paid off big time. I was so hungry, and food was so good I forgot to take pics. Shalynn was the name on the receipt, and I think she was probably short staffed, but she had a great attitude, got our order right for 4 adults, and 1 kid, and did an awesome job managing the crowd at the time. I would say give them a try.
