Pulled up to the drive through speaker about 12:12pm. I heard a greeting and assumed it was from the speaker I was at. The rude young lady at my actual speaker stated, “that wasn’t me” I then stated oh I’m sorry so to you can I have a moment to look at the menu. She then stated, “I didn’t say anything to you” I followed up, wow! There is no need be rude and have poor customer service. Then, she followed up with you can just pull forward and I had not even placed an order (at that point I wouldn’t have anyway). I then stated, well her poor customer service explains why she is working at McDonald’s (out of frustration at this point) Then she went on to say, yep and I got a 3 bedroom house paid for (which is great but I highly doubt). The unfortunate thing is, I was there to place a large lunch order for my staff but because of the poor service and the lack a professionalism that was displayed I took my money to Culver’s. I would not want someone that lacks professional integrity such as this young lady to be a representative of my company and for that matter the brand.

Not too keen on McDonald’s lately salty and cold freeze burgers or cold or they’re out of something. It would be a miracle if you came across people that care about what they do especially when it comes to food play serving customers just not slapping a burger together. Any prices became outrageous. It used to be you can go get a burger for a dollar because it’s pretty much all they’re worth now you’re paying almost $3 for a burger that’s not even real it’s just a quick fix that’s it.

This fast food restaurant has been my go-to place for a quick bite for the past few months, and I have to say, I’m consistently impressed. The service is always fast, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I usually order a burger, fries, and a milkshake, and it’s always delicious. The burger patties are juicy, the buns are soft, and the fries are perfectly crispy. I’ve also tried their chicken sandwiches and they’re fantastic – tender, flavorful, and served fresh. One thing I particularly like is the fact that the restaurant always maintains high standards of cleanliness. The tables are wiped down regularly, the floors are clean, and the whole place smells inviting. The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded during peak hours, but the food is worth the wait. I always leave satisfied and will definitely keep coming back!

Went to drive thru tonight. Screen was on previous order. When asked what I wanted. I told her I couldn’t see the menu. She REPLIED WELL I DONT CONTROL THE MENU” . Now mcds is always slow but to be rude. Literally raised her voice at me. To have a business with disrespectful employees is beyond. Especially when there are several others to go to that won’t treat you like dirt. Do better Bucciferro!

I got a Double Quarter Pounder meal, the meat was still red. I called to possibly work something out, they picked up, then hung up quickly after. The last time it was there, the Sprite was just sparkling water. The Orange Fanta was flat too. This was the last straw, I’m not ordering here again.

Ordered my breakfast this morning and pulled up to the window and didn’t get my large water. Asked for it, woman had an attitude saying I didn’t order it and charged me. I don’t care about the fee however, through that attitude she forgot my other sandwich . Now I am at work calling and calling with no answer to this place.. no way on contacting anyone for this issue. Good luck. Will go to other locations

Extremely unprofessional staff at this location.
The employees showed a complete lack of respect for customers, and the person who claimed to be the supervisor behaved even worse. She was not even wearing a proper uniform, which made it impossible to tell who was actually in charge.
Instead of helping or addressing a simple request, the staff chose to laugh, make sarcastic comments, and ignore the issue completely. The “supervisor” was dismissive, rude, and made no effort to resolve anything.
If this is the level of leadership and training at this McDonald’s, it’s very concerning. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes action to improve the behavior and professionalism of their staff.

Not a fan of this McDonald’s. A couple of the managers are rude, though there are a few employees who do take their time to get orders right especially with the coffee. This location used to be my go to, but lately the coffee tastes old, and some of the staff seem like they don’t care to be there.
