Ordered All American Dog meal with tots w/cheese and large sweet tea. Let’s start from the beginning when I arrived. I was the only customer at the store. When my food came out the tots with cheese were not freshly made. I eat at sonic enough to know what fresh food is like. The cheese was laid on top of the tots and microwaved. The hot dog was not warm at all. When I asked for the food to be remade she started she made the food fresh and would only redo the tots. She then brings out freshly fried tots with cheese. As you can see in the photos the difference is noticeable. So I had to eat a cold dog with the new tots. Customer service was not good. Yes she was the only one working but I told her I would be willing to wait but she did not care.

Everything was STALE and tasted like reheated food. Consistency of tots was nasty. Definitely not freshly prepared food, on top of that. Which ever employee placed my order added an additional TIP to my ticket WITHOUT my consent NOR input. I will NEVER go back to this place ever again. on-top of this, NO FREE REFILLS on soft drinks(coke) and For the price they’re charging!!!??? ABSOLUTELY NOT. BYE FELICIA

I understand why i’m seeing so many one star reviews. I went there to pick up an order and this younger goofy looking guy came out and said, YO, is this your order? I told him yes and then he basically shoved the food to me and I said easy, easy and there’s no need for that and then I told him thank you twice as he was standing a foot in front of me and he just ignored me and asked he was walking away I could hear him mumbling something as he turned back to look at me. I went to his manager and told her about his attitude and she said she would talk to him but I don’t see anything like that happening as they have so many bad reviews and I’m sure this guy has a long Sonic rap sheet.

Ordered online. Checked in and waited in my stall. When food came out it was brought out by a guy. Literally handed me the food and turned and walked away. People are just so incredibly rude and the fast food restaurants do not hold their employees accountable to any sort of expectations.

Wow!!!!! The ice is A-MAZ-ING! I really need to BUY one of thoseice mashed that make soft crunchy ice so I can have that ice at home. Its weird that i am more into the ice than the burgers.

My wife waited at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes. She got no response when she tried to get someone to take her order, despite the drive thru being clear. She drove to the window to try and order and had to wait another 5 minutes. When the employee finally came to the window, she said she couldn’t take her order because there isn’t a screen there. When my wife explained the issue, she was told there were other people in line so they couldn’t take her order. Very unprofessional.

Went to drive thru just before midnight, supposed to close at 1am. Was told on the speaker, “Just to let you know we close in 2 minutes.” I told her it was fine, I just need a small ore blast. She replied, “we already turned the ice cream machine off.”

The manager Joshua is great, very friendly and eager to help. I honestly believe he doesn’t get enough credit. He closed here last night (great service then by the way) and he’s the only one I see here this morning.. SONIC. give this man a raise he deserves it. I would definitely recommend coming here.. Ask for Joshua.

Took a bit to get the food. The ice cream machine was down and so was there breakfast burrito. Said they can’t make that. Wow. Also I took pics of my food. No straws, chicken old! And no gravy. Ugh.
