I ordered using the app. About 15 minutes after the screen said my order was on its way out, we actually received it. The carhop woman was VERY polite and friendly. The sausage, egg, and cheese on toast was disgusting. The bacon, egg, and cheese on toast was pretty good. We came during breakfast hours on a Monday.

My husband and I live walkable distance to the Michigan Ave location. That one always gets us sick, so we came to this one. Excellent customer service from Christopher, making sure we were 100% taken care of. He went above and beyond. Location appears to be very clean. Will definitely be making the extra 15 minute drive to this location for now on.

Ordered in the app and when I get to the store I can’t check in to any of the stalls I’ve parked at/near. Then I get told that the ice cream machine has been down for two weeks so I couldn’t get the milkshakes I had already paid for and I’d have to go through the app for a refund. That’s fine I got the refund taken care of. But when I get home I open my “lime coke” that I ordered and it looks like someone threw up inside my drink. I double checked my receipt and I definitely ordered lime. Pictures included. If your machines been down for two weeks why are you still allowing the items to be ordered in the app? Then you have no way to even refund the customers when they get there. We just have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous

UPDATE: I tried some deal there and got the double smasher burger with a free soda, but i got charged $1.50 for the free soda. The burger was overpriced too. I wont be back.
I wanted to try the smasher burger and get the free coffee so i stopped by. I dont pay for cell service so i couldnt even place an order on the app to get the coffee too because they dont have wifi.. I went home and figured Id place the order at home and go out later, but the app said I didnt add a qualifying purchase (smasher burger) to the bag to get the coffee and then just said they were having technical difficulties lol i see why i dont go to sonic ~

I’m going to amend this to if you’re going to make delivery drivers walk up to the store and not use a stall tell your employees to stop ignoring drivers.
None of the stalls work, they seem to only ever have one employee working so it’s always very slow even if she’s going as fast as she can. All of the screens are either broken or in various state of disrepair. Order online and can’t check into any of the stalls. None of the lights on the stalls work so when you press a button to order or talk to someone you have no idea if it did anything. Apparently the owner of any of these locations in pensacola just doesn’t care about anything.

Sat down in their outdoor seating area. After about 12 minutes of waiting for my food, one of the employees steped outside and asked if I was there for something. After I explained I ordered food, they brought it out after a couple more minutes. Instead of the fries I asked for, I got cold tater tots, the sandwich I ordered had pickles when I asked for it without, and the bun and hamburger patties were very dry.
