We decided to try the Big Dill double burger meal. Ok, first the price. Almost $18. The fries were way too greasy, strike one. The burger tasted mostly of cheese, disappointing, strike 2. The one thing we were really hesitant to try was the pickle slush with the little pickle juice filled fruit balls. We really enjoyed it! Best part of the meal. When I read pickle and lime I thought “weird”, but it’s sweet, sour, kind of like a sweet tart. When you pop the little balls you get a slight pickle taste but it all kind of works as a flavor profile. We would order the drink again and skip the food.

So I really like Sonic but had a Bizarre experience with my 1st trip to the Palatka store. I put in my order on the way there, dont worry Im always the Passenger Princess, when we got there we couldn’t even get pulled in. Not even cuz it was busy just the parking lot is just that side of not working for anyone…ever. Anyway we finally get to a spot & find the spot number & it won’t punch in. My fiance had to walk up & go get our food after 15 minutes. Needless to say our food was not hot. Sad.

I got there and it was not busy at all. There was one car waiting for their food in the drive through & one next to me waiting for their food as well. I pressed the button & nobody said anything for 5 minutes. Not even a “Just give me one second”. Meanwhile, there was 4 workers in there just standing, talking & laughing with one another. Not one person thought to answer the headset. They even looked at me, and still decided to not say anything. Then a worker came out and brought the other cars their orders but still failed to even answer me. Ridiculous & very unprofessional. I left & most likely won’t be back based off of that unprofessional experience alone.

Order was made well. Popcorn chicken and tots were crunchy, not greasy, and tasty. Coke was fresh and has no ice like we asked.
Update 7/26: We got a vanilla shake, chocolate chip cooked dough sonic blast, tots, and popcorn chicken. Everything was good and tasted fresh. This location never disappoints

Went today for my friend, she wanted the mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara sauce, a pretzel with nacho cheese (was a big dough one) and a green apple slushy, I went at 2:32pm, it was happy hour on drinks, so I got one as well (green apple) the lady asked if I wanted a quarter pounder with cheese for a $1.99 as well, I said sure, everything was really really good especially for the price, they do take awhile in drive thru as I would recommend a stall, all in all was very good as always, been here several times (9+) does take awhile for food but worth it and always good, Thank You Sonic’s if Palatka

Sonic offered quick service, and our server was outstanding with a 5-star performance. However, the food left something to be desired – it was a bit sloppy and even a little overcooked. I might consider returning only if there are no other options available.

Great place great food plenty of parking and the order is right everytime. Great corn dogs and Great combination drinks. Tater tots are hot and fresh and the burgers are better than mcdonalds in Hawthorne.

Not the best. Not the worst. Most everything was Ok so 4 stars. They put my chili cheese coney on the bottom of a bag with 2 items on top. That’s a no go. No one wants their coney smooshed where it comes out with no toppings. Sonic crew should absolutely know better.

Tots with cheese was good.
Frito wrap – maybe 4 Fritos in there.
Thankfully it had some chili and cheese so was still Ok.
Plenty of parking at the menu. Ordered on ap for happy hour and less wait. Drive thru situation- unsure. I parked. Order came promptly with a pleasant carhop.

these people cannot put sauce in a bag to save their life. multiple times i have been to this location and every single time they forget the sauce. how hard is it to put the sauce in the bag.

I ordered a burrito and so did my husband. I opened the burrito to see which was which, and mine looked like a pile of leftover eggs that they scraped the bottom for. Keep I. Mind the time was 9:58a on a Saturday. There is no reason the food should be this poor quality. The last time I got a burrito from sonic that looked like this, I ended up with food poisoning. I ate it because I was hungry and thought they wouldn’t serve old food. This is a different Sonic, and it seems the brand overall can’t get their act together. Guess it will be another 7 or 8 years before I try them again. No I didn’t grt to eat my breakfast, and they were out of hot coffee all together. The only saving grace was the girl that served us (Jesiah?) was polite.
