Haven’t been to a Jason’s deli in bout 10 years last one was in Texas and being from Texas I compare everything to Texas . But man this one did not disappoint at all !!! Fast friendly people the assistant manager was on top of everything greeted us immediately jumped on the register cause the other register was tied up was patient cause my wife has never been to one before their salad bar is the best around and everything was amazing big shout out to Andrew thank you

I was craving a good salad and stopped in here for a quick lunch. I’ve always loved Jason’s Deli salad bar for its freshness, variety of toppings and presentation. This visit was a bit disappointing. The lettuces were wilted and soggy from the water it was swimming in (I wouldn’t have dare left that batch of spinach out like that), the actual salad bar was quite messy and there were remnants of food, including an egg in some of the dressings. I almost decided to skip out and go elsewhere, but I realized I didn’t have much time left for lunch and decided to make the best of it. I spent several minutes wiping my Romaine and Spring Mix dry from excess water, before adding any toppings.

I finally found a place that had gluten free bread and I doordashed the order. I got a gluten free turkey sandwitch with avocado and lettuce and tomato and side of guacamole and chips.
The sandwitch bread was not gluten free. It hurt my stomach. It was missing all the toppings It was suppost to have on it and my guacamole was literally black. I will NEVER get food from here again. Luckily it won’t kill me to have gluten but I definitely am paying for it. Thanks!

BEWARE!!!!!! The quality of food has gone down. I just sat down to enjoy my salad off the salad bar. After my third bite I felt something in my mouth. Pulled it out and there was a long strand of hair in my mouth mixed with my food. I will never go back there again. The manager asked if I wanted a refund. She didn’t seem that surprised or even upset.

The food is always great when I eat at Jason’s Deli, however this time it was different. The customer service was outstanding! Andrew (Andy) was so attentive to our needs and so respectful. He kept checking to making sure everything was ok while taking orders at the front desk. I couldn’t stop thanking him for a great experience.

I like the manager, Andrew Sanford, he is always friendly and remembers what we get. I tried the chicken pot pie for a change and it was delicious. So tonight I came back for the soup again. Teaches me to try other delicious dishes and soups. Love this restaurant.

I would like to personally thank Ravyn for being kind enough to right the wrong that was done to me today. She was kind enough to listen to my situation and understand. She was also kind enough to have doordash to send me another order at no expense to me. I appreciate it. Thank you so very much for your assistance in this matter.
Today I door dashed two muffaletta sandwiches quarter size…one turkey one ham from Jason’s Deli Along with a bag of chips small to the tune of $30.00. Neither sandwich had meat on them like photographed so I contacted the manager and he put me on hold. A woman came back to the phone someone else speaking with me regarding the sandwiches. The woman told me that I could come in and they will remake the sandwiches. I had previously told the manager that I was suffering with sciatica and wasn’t able to drive to get the sandwiches and that is why I used door dash. The woman I spoke with told me that there was nothing that they could do that I would have to contact doordash in order to get a refund for the sandwiches. I’m truly disappointed because I moved here from another state and I was told that Jason’s had good muffaletta sandwiches but I will never be ordering anything from them again and I will also inform everyone that I know this is not the place to go for sandwiches. I feel that the manager just basically brushed me off didn’t want to be bothered with me so they will no longer receive my business or the business of anyone I know. I will also be sharing this story with the media! Shame on you Jason’s Deli!

Always good and hot sandwiches. Today I had half a chicken panini with their gumbo. The sandwich was delicious. The gumbo was just lukewarm. I like mine hot! Other than that I always enjoy going there.
Don’t forget free the ice cream! I love the swirl flavor on a cone.

A really great place to get sandwiches. Their Muffalotta was one of the better ones I’ve had and my husband was pleased with the Spicy Italian. They had a fully stocked salad bar too. Free ice station never hurts either!
