everytime we go we get bad and rude customer service and our food is always wrong. First time i ordered a nerd blue slush and they put no nerds. this time was the same experience order 2 shakes that were unmixed with a thick bottom and milky top hard to sip because of the consistency and took very long to receive. Felt rushed and unwelcomed. Asked for spoons and it was as if the lady didnt feel like giving us spoons and would see if we would drive off if she ignored us long enough, then she finally handed it to us after 2 minutes. Never going again ♀️ .
Update: we got a refund it took 20 minutes they kept having us repeat our 2 item order to them like 8 times. Rude cashier’s name was Zaniyah.

Waited in line since half of the car ports were broke and the other half were for mobile door dash only. Terrible model/service, really would have liked to use the carports. The slushie was good.

I tried ordering just a sandwich, this lady was not paying attention at all because she asked me 3 times if I wanted fries or tots. I had to repeat myself each time that I only want the sandwich. Then I asked for light ice bacause they put so much ice you barely get a drink, they didnt do that. Then they get my order wrong and when I ask them to fix it, no sorry, nothing, just took my sandwich and walked away. When they came back, nothing again.
They just dont care in there, save your money for another place.

I went this morning and was met with the worst attitude, I told the lady that my drink was wrong and she immediately gave me attitude and told me “it says grape on my screen” when it clearly says green apple on my receipt, if she sees this I want her to know, if you don’t like your job find a new one but don’t give customers an attitude first thing in the morning at that because YOU chose to work there. Service is great, and always timely. The staff always verifies and brings exactly what you ordered. The milkshakes and other drive-in items are always delicious and nostalgia inducing. Has the drive-in atmosphere that brings back memories of simpler times.

Tried putting in an order kept being interrupted by the female server. Asked for a sprite w cherry syrup was told we don’t sell that. When I’ve ordered it plenty of times. Asked for other items, she said sure. Cut me off again. Said ok that’s it $13, I asked wait did you get my…she turned off the speaker. Had to press the button again, got a male server, he too turned off the speaker, had to leave with nothing.

This is probably the first low rating I’ve given in a long while. Food was decent and it came out fine, but the employee with the red braids that runs the front is going to be the reason I never return to this establishment. Very rude and honestly made me check and throw away half my food just by the way she was acting. I might give it another chance, but with her there I won’t.

1st off I was very surprised that I had a bad experience here. Had place a mobile order everything was good until I got my food. The jumbo chicken wasn’t jumbo and had no chicken on it just scrapes. My boss drink was incorrect, the mozzarella sticks was cold and the pretzel had a bad taste. No icing or sauce was given. Called the store and spoke with a manager she offer to have the order made over. So drove back to get new order. Part of it was right and part of it was wrong and this time the drink wasn’t with the order. As I wait 15 minutes to get the drink I realize that 3 people is standing at their exit door bc their order was wrong.
