Passed this place a few times, so we thought we should stop by….
We had the Mojarra, and the Chipotle Salmon plate.
The Mojarra came with fries, a salad & rice. The Mojarra was seasoned well, and the flaky fish was so good.
The Chipotle sauce under the salmon was tasty as well. I would prefer the salmon to be cooked a a minute less, so it would be a little less dry, but that’s personal preference.
I believe we shall return and try one of the Parrilladas.

Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant in Kaufman never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome. The food is consistently delicious, and our server, Belem, was wonderful, very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner, this is the kind of place you’ll want to visit regularly!

Our first time in but definitely not our last. It is inviting and comfy. The atmosphere was thoughtfully picked out. The kids enjoyed the food and the service was al orden! We needed for nothing having Trevor taking care of us. The drinks were very tasty and the food was astounding. It was soul food! Looking forward to returning. Thank you for a relaxing evening!

Shoutout to Trevor, because that dude is a straight weapon. Attentive without hovering, fast without rushing, and actually gives a damn about making sure you’re taken care of. Drinks stayed full, food came out perfect, and the whole experience felt smooth as hell. That’s how service is supposed to be.
The food? Unreal. Fresh, hot, loaded with flavor, and cooked like they’re not cutting corners for anyone. Every bite reminded me why this place stays packed. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they’re putting out.
If you want top-tier Mexican food, a great atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit, this is the spot. Ask for Trevor, trust the process, and thank me later.

Service tonight was great drinks were good as well. Only complaint was that my “side salad” was on my main plate and not on the side. Otherwise overall it was great and Belem our server was exceptional.

My last experience at Jalisco’s was amazing! The food was great and came out quick but my biggest amazement was how great our service was. Our server Trevor made me feel like the most important person in the restaurant. He made sure that I had everything I need and constantly checked on me throughout my time at the restaurant. My drink was never empty my basket of chips was always full, all because Trevor took care of us. Now I know the next time that I want good Mexican food but even better service, I’ll go to Jalisco’s in Kaufman and ask for Trevor as my waiter, because if Trevor is your waiter he makes you feel like family.

The food was great. I had a shrimp quesadilla and an agua fresca, both delicious. The place is big and packed (of course). The decoration really gives it that mexican atmosphere. Our waitress was Rachel and it’s the best customer service you will get. If you come here ask for her.
