Just had a wonderful customer experience with Dante. He took and confirmed my order. He was clearly understood and polite. He smiled and genuinely acted happy to be at work and interact with his customers! My burrito was cooked nicely with fresh ingredients and it was nicely portioned and rolled perfectly! My daughter’s bourbon coffee was tasty and neatly prepared. Nothing lacked in service or food. Thank you for a great quick breakfast!!! We will return!!!

Drive thru speaker is labeled as broken and says to pull around to the window except absolutely no one is answering. I ordered ahead of time. Just a drink and had to wait nearly 45 minutes before anyone showed up. There was a line of 7 other people some of whom tried pressing the red buttons to call them and no one answered. The phone number automatically ends the call after one ring. Absolutely awful service. This is the Sonic closest to my home and work but I honestly have no idea how its still in business because there is never anyone inside working.

We drove up to the drive through no one came on the intercom. Then we drove up to the window seen 2 people inside. They didn’t greet us or attempt to take our order. Then we drove up to the order screen on the side and pushed the order button. Still no service. We ordered on the mobile app checked in to slot 14. We waited 15 min and finally got service when I went up to the door and told them i was there. The girl was standing there like she was out of it. If it wasn’t for my grandkids wanting ice cream and Dairy Queen being out of business we would have left. Looks like this Sonic won’t be far behind Dairy Queen and will soon be out of business as well. At least 5 cars left as we sat waiting.

Waited 15+ minutes for service. Finally after realizing no one was going to take our order we decided to go through drive through. We saw workers hanging outside so we figured maybe they were just on brake and would see us when we pulled through drive through. We pull up and the lady says “mobile and online orders only” so instead of just telling us that while we were waiting they let us sit until we decided to go through drive through.

Waited for about an hour to get food here, and not even the order that I wanted because the burgers were “frozen”, whatever that means. In the time I was waiting in line AFTER ordering at Sonic, I walked across the street to Zaxbys, ordered food there, finished it, and still had about 20 minutes before I got my Sonic order. Truly the worst fast food experience of all time at this Sonic, which is unfortunate because Sonic has historically been my favorite fast food chain. It’s also crazy that everyone else writing reviews seems to be saying the same thing, and someone is replying to all of these, but clearly not taking any action to fix the problem. The upper management here needs to get their boots on the ground asap and start working to fix the staffing/efficiency/supply chain problems. Until that happens, I won’t be going back to this Sonic anytime soon.

Do not go to this sonic. First I pull up to order, they tell me they are doing mobile orders only. I pull around and park to make my mobile order. I finish that and drive back around to see them taking drive thru orders from people. I get in the drive thru line to get my order because the app wasn’t linked up to my order and I wait for almost 30 mins for my four drinks. There was two cars ahead of me. That’s it. I get to the window and they keep walking right past me. Literally two people inside working. They have no help.

Believe the reviews, this is hands down, the worst Sonic that I’ve ever been to. The workers take forever to acknowledge you in the drive thru and seem very unprofessional. On Saturday, I attempted to get a slushy 3x. Every attempt, I would get to the speaker, wait at least 1-2 minutes for someone to address me, say hello, and get no response…, Not even a “Please hold for a second”….. I know that the establishment was open because there was other cars in the drive thru, but I didn’t want to wait 15-20 minutes for a slushy.
