So me and my wife just came through here and we were told to pull up to the second spot after telling them the name on the order we were sitting there for almost 20 minutes a bunch of people left I go in the building and I was told that I was supposed to check in and I said no we went through the drive-thru and we told the lady the name on the order and the lady told us to move up and that the ice cream would be right out to us.. after going in you know I was a little mad but I was trying to keep my cool and about 6 months ago something like this happened and I was accused of stealing so yeah I did say something and I showed them that we ordered it on the app well I’m pretty sure they blew their nose in our ice cream I heard somebody blow their nose at the same time after each ice cream was done so yeah we did not eat are ice cream.. and I’m not going back into try to talk to anybody but the order was under my wife name Vickie either way the ice cream ended up in the trash at Kroger’s … Yeah I’m not down to eat ice cream after hearing somebody blow their nose and I can’t see them make the ice cream even standing inside the building.. so I’m good on that I don’t think we’ll go back to this location

Thought I would treat my husband and I with some ice cream and ordered a sonic blast with m&ms and they just dumped them on top didn’t mix it up and then my husband got a hot fudge sundae and it was pretty much just ice cream a few drops of chocolate.. this isn’t the first time we didn’t get what we ordered.. definitely need to be trained more

Idk what this place has going on, two days ago waiting in line for 15 minutes for a drink and corn dog, then came the next day ordered ahead and showed up 20 minutes after ordering waited another 20 minutes for 2 drinks.
Shanon wrote my name down and said the next time I come in drinks are on her come in today and wanted to get my normal drink that Shanon said would be on her and ordered my husband a shake with it and told the lady the ocean water should be written down on the board and she grabbed the paper but then didn’t charge me for the shake but then brought out the same exact drinks that were messed up. I specifically told the lady I wasn’t ordering the exact thing but she didn’t listen so I corrected the lady that came out with my drinks and she then remade them but still messed up.

I was missing 3 item. I order a lager order 3 med drink, 20 honey chipotle jr. chicken sandwich and 1 foot long quarter pound coney. I went back and told them I was missing some food and the cook got mad told everyone who work there that I was lying and that he remembered he pack my order right. Because he said it wasn’t busy, but as I recalled there was a long line at the drive through. Till the point were people were leaving because it was to long. I was waiting at the pickup for 40min. And someone other customer who only wait 10 min. Walk in and went to see what’s going on. I finally got my only to find out I’m missing my footlong quarter pound coney and 2 honey chipotle jr. chicken sandwich. I was not mad when they messed one of my drink order up, but I am mad that I was called a liar and disappointed that the one thing they would give me out of my missing 3 orders was the foot long quarter pound coney. And won’t give my money back for the two missing honey chipotle jr. chicken sandwich. In the photo you will see 18 honey chipotle jr. chicken sandwich( two have been eaten so you will see two wrapper) and the foot long quarter pound coney that the cook gave me after I told them repeatedly that I did not received the foot long quarter pound coney.

No onion rings. Replaced with food I can’t have. Then I had to ask for food I am able to have and since it wasn’t bagged correctly enriching is just gross and wet. Called a few times to get refund and no one wants to answer

Red flag #1: the drive in kiosks were all out of order so you had to use the drive through.

Red flag #2: The person taking our order was very obviously in a rush making it difficult to concentrate on what items we wanted and felt extremely rushed.

Red flag #3: The cooks obviously can’t follow basic directions for orders as each paid for addition on our grilled cheese sandwiches were left off (bacon, lettuce tomatoes) and we didn’t receive cheese dip for our pretzel that we also paid for or extra ketchup that we asked for.

Summary: If you want fast food, this is it, and not in a good way! Everyone was in too much of a hurry to get it right. I don’t plan on visiting this location again any time soon 🙁

Did Sonic app order. Ordered All American hot dog and a chicken wrap! Sorry but this hotdog is bad and not cooked. The outside color is awful. Please check your food Sonic. Last week I ended up in hospital for 2 days from food poisoning from another restaurant. No thank you y’all can have your hot dog specials if this is what’s being handed out

Went through the drive through for a cherry limeade and jalapeño poppers around 10:15pm. Gave me the wrong drink at an upcharge, and when I noticed I went back. They didn’t offer to give me the money back. (Charged for a slush instead of a soda at almost double the price). Employee heard something on the headset in the middle of the transaction and walked away mid sentence? Wild experience.

Not good with confrontation, so I said something like “I can’t believe a slush is 6 bucks, considering how cheap the regular soda is” and employee said yep and walked away. If it happens to you don’t let it go like me! lol. Good luck lol
