How are there allowed to sell cold hamburgers? Why doesn’t the city do something? This is a public health concern. I’ve been to several Sonics all over the country and this is by far the worst I’ve ever eaten. I ordered and ate in the parking lot. The burger tasted funny, not your typical sonic burger. It was more like a frozen patty that was defrosted in hot water or a microwave, definitely not off a grill. B the toasted bun had to have been toasted long before I ordered. Nothing on the burger was more than 90 degrees. I’m not sure if this is a review of the restaurant or the city not protecting us, but this is dangerous.

I was hesitant to write this, but my experience really bothered me. I pulled up to lane 1 and sat there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I said “hello” a few times…nothing. Lane 2 took two car’s orders, so I pull up to the window. I tell the girl at the window that no one was taking my order in lane 1. She yells at someone in the back asking why they didn’t take the order in lane 1. She proceeds to say with an attitude, “Well, we don’t take orders at the window so you will have to pull around”. She said no apology or anything. There are several cars already in line BEHIND me, so I pull around and wait in line another TWENTY minutes for just two drinks. This is NOT proper customer service etiquette and management needs a better plan to handle situations like this…absolutely ridiculous.

I have been twice. Overall the food was good and drinks are always good. BUT waiting in line 25 minutes just to order is a bit much. The first time I went; the food great and the lady at the door/window that took payment and gave me my food was sweet as could be. The second time a different lady was very rude. She got mad at me when I said that’s not my order. My order was 11 something and she tried to charge me a 32 order. So it’s very hit and miss. I am unsure if I will try it again right now.

People are being too harsh for a place that just opened. It was crazy busy one time I went but the other two times everything was great and food came out fast. Give them some time and don’t be so quick to give a 1 star review.

I seen reviews but I think they are being too harsh for how long this has opened. The Employees are nice and are willing to help and are still learning. Management is nice. Then the food is always fresh. Just remember everyone here is still learning and there will be hiccups.

This place needs new management ASAP!!! Service is absolutely terrible, it takes over 30 minutes to get the simplest orders. I never leave reviews but this just had to be done. When I got there, there was a crazy line and all of the employees were not doing anything and were just socializing. This is an inefficient way to run a business and made me very frustrated. They mess up simple orders!! They do not care about online orders. Just terrible.

CHECK YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY!!!! Had to wait an additional 15 min for my wife’s food (2 corndogs and a pretzel) after realizing they were missing, and then realized my food was wrong upon getting home. I ordered a burger and chili cheese coney. I checked the bag which looked correct, but got home and had a chicken sandwich and chili cheese fries. Step it up Sonic.

Ordered from App that offered special on Coney dog. Was advised they didn’t honor the App coupon. I asked to speak to the GM Jose Alvarado who told me he didn’t know about special I asked if he had the Sonic App? He said no that he didn’t need it to do his job. I asked for Corp # he said I could look it up and hung up. All I can say is Wow! Open a new location the first of its kind in the country, and this is you GM? Poor Choice. Need to reevaluate Management. I noticed they haven’t responded to any reviews. Shows lack of caring for customer opinions.

After sitting for 15 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, I see someone walking out and I stop them and ask them what time they close and the guy told me they had been close for two hours then proceeded to tell me that they hadn’t been open but two or three days if this is how it’s going to be they won’t last long

I just want to warn anyone that if you place an order online! Whatever device you use; has to be present apparently to pick up your food! Wanna know why that is they can not clear the order off their screen if you don’t have the device so you can click one button to let them know you are there! Then when my husband got the order picked up over half of it did not even make it out of the restaurant! And he got all the way home and had to turn around! It was a complete disaster today and the food we did get…. Was awful
