They’re so pleasant at this location. Every time we come even late night they are so kind and the food is always fresh. Even if they forget something and we have to grab their attention we’re not met with an attitude or signs that they’ve been inconvenienced which is so rare these days. We truly appreciate the team at this location and will continue to come out to this Sonic. Thank you!

Day shift manager (black male) the only employee that is nice and welcoming. Low rating is due to a very nasty attitude of two employees. I ordered on the app, after exactly 25 minutes of waiting at a stall I got in line for my order. There were two cars in line while I waited at the stall, once I got in line there were five cars in front of me.About 15 minutes of waiting in line I saw an employee standing outside. I mentioned my online order and was told go back and wait (employee apologized). I went back to wait, another 10 minutes at the same stall. It started raining. I walked over and asked about my order and was THEN told they don’t deliver to cars when it’s raining I can’t make this stuff up and wouldn’t. I started to say something, instead I left without food that I’d already paid for. Never again Fayetteville Sonic NEVER playing that game with those people again.

I ordered a chocolate brownie blast. I haven’t been to Sonic in a few years and it seems the recipe has changed. I used to loooove Sonic ice cream but the ice cream I received today wasn’t as smooth and creamy as I remember. It also had a sour aftertaste. I’m not sure if the ice cream was bad or if this is the new Sonic recipe. Either way, at a $3.99 price point for a size mini, I’ll probably skip Sonic for sweets in the future.
As for the positive, I was served quickly and the staff was not rude.

I’d give zero if I could waited over 15 minutes for my food while at least 20 other cars in the drive through were getting served. When I asked about my food was told she couldn’t make it come out any faster but I was watching drive through car after drive through car go through barely waiting any more then a couple minutes and some one who got there 10 plus minutes after me got their food before me. The worker was rude had absolutely terrible service

Somehow,despite being the only person in line for the drive thru, they managed to miss a pretzel and got two burgers wrong. One burger was supposed to be their double bacon meal, which came with no bacon, and the other was supposed to have extra pickles and no onion. It had extra onion and no pickle. Its spectacular how bad this sonic location is. If you have a food aversion, I would steer clear of this place.

We ordered 8 drinks, and overall they were great—especially for a hot day here in Georgia. My kids really enjoyed them, and I appreciated how clean the parking lot was.
However, I did have an unfortunate experience with the milkshake I ordered online. When the drinks were handed to us, the milkshake spilled all over me because the lid wasn’t secured properly. The staff member informed me after the fact but didn’t offer an apology or assistance. I had to ask for napkins and an extra cup just to try and salvage what I could.
While I understand mistakes happen, the attitude and lack of customer service in that moment were disappointing. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when dealing with messy accidents in the heat.

Pulled up and was waiting Three cars go to the other speaker and get waited on . Finally ordered a cookie dough chocolate chip blast get to the window. Two different people ask what I ordered I told them couldn’t find my order ask did I order yes the lady inside said oh I forgot to ring it up. Get home a little cookie dough on tap the rest all ice cream. Come on do better!! Yall have good food.

Spent 45 mins in the Mobile drive up for two drinks. Never acknowledged. I then got in the drive through we’ll see if I’m able to get my two drinks this way. Might be faster to drive to a different sonic until they figure this out. You’ve been warned. The Cherry on top an employee complained that I went through the drive through as I was getting my two drinks an hour after I parked.

They don’t have tap to pay. There’s only drive thru. My burger was half cold when I got it even tho I parked in the mobile pick up spot cause that’s the only place to park. My cheese fries only had cheese on about 5 fries. I can’t imagine how cold it would’ve been if I’d gone home to eat. This place is a waste of money. If I could give the food 0 stars I would
