Waiting 35 minutes on a Friday night for fast food is already unacceptable, but what followed was far worse. When the food finally arrived, the onion rings tasted wrong—unnaturally sweet and downright disgusting, like they should never have been served.
The most disturbing part was the serious food safety failure. Our order was handed to another customer, who put his hands on it, and then it was brought back to us. A staff member claimed the food had been remade, but there is no possible way it was remade that quickly. That excuse is insulting and deeply concerning from a health standpoint.
In the end, we spent $16 just to throw the food away because it clearly wasn’t safe to eat. Between the extreme wait time, inedible food, and careless, unsafe handling, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. This location needs immediate management and health-code attention. I will not be returning.

The person taking my order was rude. Kept getting the order wrong. Acted like I was bothering her. I told them twice that I didn’t want pickles on my burger and they still put pickles on my burger. Waited back through the line and she rolled her eyes and yelled I need another smash burger with no pickles like she was exasperated that I wanted my order correctly. Food wasn’t good and the service was worse. My milkshake was only half full. Would not recommend to anyone.

Been to this location 3 times and will not be returning. 1st time was good service and good food. 2nd time waited at drive thru for about 5 minutes and 2 separate cars in the intercom next to me got to place their order so I drove off in frustration. Tried again just now hoping I would get better service.. Sat there for 7 minutes and was skipped again after being told to hold. Would advise not using drive through if you go there.

This location is great! I used the app for a curbside pickup. Food is always hot. Sometimes a tad slow. But, I love fresh hot tater tots. Smash burgers are off tge chain delicious.

Up until a couple months ago I had no complaints with this sonic. Now it’s horrible. Don’t know if there’s been a change in management or not. The employees are very disorganized and act like they don’t have a clue. One lady ever time i come which is a couple times a week is standing outside yelling at someone in her phone. I always order online. Mostly just a drink. There can me no cars there but me and it still takes 15 mins to get 1 drink.

Ice cream machine down at 7pm on a Monday?? The young lady was very sweet about letting me know. Not the only issue I’ve had from this location, definitely recommend going on up to Calhoun or Cartersville.

This place has gone down hill so much!! We sat in a stall pushing the button with no answer when we finally went to the drive thru they acted like we were a bother to them. They got our order wrong, forgot 2 drinks and when I asked for my receipt the girl argued that it didn’t print and she couldn’t reprint it.

We got the super sonic breakfast burrito and the ultimate meat and cheese burrito…there were barely any eggs on them and to top it off the eggs were burnt on both. The super sonic burrito had half a medium sized tot cup full of raw onions and jalapeños that we had to pick off because it was so overpowering. We paid $24 for both meals and we were very disappointed.

First, we waited for the drive-through attendant to take our order for about five minutes, which is a long time when you’re in the drive-through lane, then, they did not have two of the items that we were ordering, and the attendant wasn’t friendly, apologetic, or helpful at all. We won’t be coming back here…
