This Dunkin’ never has anything. They run out of almond milk, muffins,donuts, cups. How are they still in business ?? Today I go for a strawberry frosted donut. They don’t have any donuts left except coffe roll, traditional and chocolate. I went home & went to eat the coffee roll & this thing looks disgusting.

Its the worse DD experience again. Coffee was cold. Bagel was not toasted but slightly microwaved disgusting…no butter was on the bagel as ordered, the egg and cheese was cold super disgusting. They can never process the order properly. Never go there, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANY ONE AT ALL.

Customer service is horrible. I will no longer stop at this one in Avenel on Rt 1. Ordered a six dollar meal & asked for sausage not bacon. They wouldn’t do that? Every Dunkin I have ever ordered this from did this. I told them to keep their pre made sandwich & got what I wanted at East Brunswick Dunkin. They have always been the best.

Been coming here for years because it’s around the corner. Last Saturday, when I went through the drive through the employee at the window said “the car behind you said you’re paying for them.” What?! No I’m not! I was so confused. Eventually the employee told me “Actually that’s just one of the employees here, he always asks us to try that.” I was STUNNED. This is SO unacceptable!
Again, I repeat, 2 employees at this location tried to get me to pay for one of their orders by TELLING ME I already offered to. This is INSANE. You can’t make this up, it’s too dumb.
Thank god I’m moving soon.

I understand when you don’t have a receipt with DD l, it gave you the wrong perception of being safe and get away with certain stuff. Wrong. There’s always a way to let other people know about costumer poor costumer service. Guess what I found you guys online. Not because then costumer receipt say DELTA , anyone can look or search online. Costumer service was depressing, especially when you are trying to go and continue with your daily activities. I had enough time to spare waiting at the drive through. It was not the issue. However, it doesn’t mean that you can take your sweat time, have a crew conversation about life, not taking their sweat time. Coffe taste like it was hours getting burned on the coffe maker, extra milk was just a passing by miles away from the coffe. It was not the first time. I also see that others DD work with time of service, and this store seems don’t care at all.

Love this Dunkin on my morning commute. The ladies really do there thing. Only two people working in the morning ( most of the time)which is there most busiest time. They need more help. the person making the food should have two good ovens not just one. They work very hard! Good job ladies.

Directly came here from office for latte.. After long wait our coffees are ready. We took 2 coffees and a toast. No drink carrier nor bag for my sandwich was given . My latte got slipped and whole coffee fell down. Went inside to request for replacement. He asked details of coffee and token number and said to pay full price. I felt thats not fare. I dint even sip my lattee and want to pay full for the other one..atleast small discount would have helped me but they dint do so

usually more satisfied when i come here but i asked for a hot coffee and she proceeded to charge me and give me a iced coffee.
i said i asked for hot she said “i put it in wrong” and made me my correct order but an iced coffee and hot coffee have at least a dollar difference , she did not offer me my money back or even offer me a simple munchkin which i would have loved to make up for the difference of the amount i was wronged.
the girls were all nice but lacked the professionalism and ethics of a keeping a wronged customer coming back

This review is for the tall, male, silver-haired supervisor/manager on duty. I’ve never been to this location before and I don’t know anyone who works there. I came in on a whim to grab a coffee and a snack and was immediately greeted by the cashier (young guy, curly hair) who was prompt and friendly and made sure he had my order right. I was then treated to fifteen minutes of the manager loudly reprimanding his staff and complaining about staff not even present while I was trying to chill out and eat my sandwich. It was super uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. I couldn’t wait to leave. Please provide this man with managerial training.
