I ordered a big order. when my food came out I said that was fast the lady said that because the cook is mad. I got home and the chilli on the coney was nasty and could not eat the other food looked like it’s been sitting and not fresh.

This place is a dump. The food was nasty and the people there will lie to your face and then tell you “you’re crazy”. I ordered a corn dog with mozzarella cheese sticks. The corn dog is burnt and cold and the cheese sticks are cold. And apparently you have to pay for condiments now even mustard and ketchup!! Wow!!! This should be the Sonic that gets closed better yet close them all they all suck. Check out the picture of my corn dog and the onion rings that I didn’t even order. Medium order mozzarella sticks which supposed to have six I only got four and what look like was two onion rings. I definitely feel like I got ripped off I am done with this place I will never go back

I am extremely disappointed in this Sonic location.

We placed a mobile order ahead, and nearly everything that could go wrong did. We received a “cherry limeade” that was clearly made with Sprite, and our cherry limeade slush wasn’t made correctly either.

They also upcharged us for bubbles, yet there were no bubbles in the drink.

When we mentioned that our order had no sauces, the employee said that they charge for sauce. How does that make sense when the app clearly lists sauce as FREE? Are customers supposed to eat dry chicken, dry fries, dry tots with no sauce unless they pay extra?

It’s honestly disrespectful.

To make it worse, our “large” order — which you can see in the picture — was missing half the food.

How do you mess up an order, send someone home with missing items, and then tell them they’ll be charged for sauce that is free up to five sauces on the app? That’s nickel-and-diming customers for things that should already be included. What’s next — mozzarella sticks without marinara unless you pay extra?

And then they tell us the only way they’ll fix the order is if we drive all the way back and return everything, and even then, they said they would still charge for sauce and “anything that wasn’t properly rung up.”
How is that remotely acceptable customer service?

On top of all of this, the food wasn’t even edible.
The chicken was dry, rubbery, and overcooked, and the tots were hard, not crunchy.

I’ve put up with a lot of messed-up orders from this Sonic, but this is officially it for me. I’m done giving them my business, and honestly, you should be too. For the prices they charge now, you deserve food that is correct, edible, and not missing basic items like free sauce.

This is the slowest, most inconsistent Sonic I have ever been to. They have always been slow hot dogs are good when they are good but most of the time not. Ordered young lady did not take my order at the speaker I asked her if speaker was working she could barely answer for smacking chewing gum at the window today time in line 18 min for a hot dog and a small coke. Even then my hot dog had so much mustard I had to wipe it off to eat it and the bun and hot dog was barely warm.
Nobody cares at the location and if this is a franchise corporate needs to make them sell to someone else. It really makes you angry when you want a good hot dog and you get half made crap.

Located on Hwy 78 Loganville GA. App not working to place order. Parked under awning, pressed service button and it stayed on message they would be right with us for 23 minutes before we pulled to drive thru. Only one car at order board and one at pickup window ahead of us. Took over 11 minutes before we were acknowledged at order speaker. Another 8 minutes before we got our food. No smiles, thanks, etc. Burger was burnt, tots dripped grease and drink was ninety percent ice. Saw four workers on duty, laughing and playing around. Area has too many good and quick food choices to ever return here. Only tried this location as we had a gift card and were headed to nearby hardware store.

Generally have a pretty good experience with this sonic. The food is always fresh and delicious. The only gripe I have is in the app. I like to do mobile orders and just pick them up. When you add a mozzarella stick (regardless of size) as a side to any meal in the app, it does not give you the option to add a dipping sauce with it. Me personally I feel like if you’re getting mozzarella sticks it seems self explanatory that you want marinara dipping sauce with it. I have explained this gripe I have about the app, and the fact I don’t have the option to add on sauces to the associates, and generally they make me pay out of pocket for sauces. I’m not against paying for the sauce, I just figure if the app doesn’t have the option to add it that it would come with 1 at least by default.

Normally I would not leave an emotionally based review, but after several times of coming to this Sonic and the staff messing up my orders, I felt this had to be said:
I just ordered a burger, add jalapenos, which i was charged $0.79 for. When I checked the burger, it had TWO jalapeno slices. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. After telling her what happened she said, “Okay, I will let them know.” I then prompted her to tell me how that would make things better, she asked if I wanted to come back and have them remake it. Not only was the value of my meal significantly diminished, but this store has nearly the lowest customer service of any in the Loganville area.
Sonic corporate really needs to raise their level of training.

I can’t order from this location on UberEats, because they don’t have sides on their menu. Sonic burgers are mid at best. The Ocean Water is pretty good. The only thing they have that is truly great is their onion rings. The sweetness in the batter reminds me of the best part of a really good fair. They taste like happiness, but I can’t get them here, because the menu is messed up. Other locations have sides on their menu, but I can’t get those locations delivered to my house. I tried calling the restaursnt to let them know, but all I got was a busy signal. I will redo this review if someone sees is and fixes the menu so that I can order sides.

The reviews are not lies. I ordered 5 items. One I never got. The rest had problems. The drink I can’t even drink. The customer service line is dead like some girl talking in someone’s closet. No one cares about sonics that works for the company. My last order was the same thing. I order this and I get that. Something completely different. Hopefully they close as quick as the other sonics have
