My husband and I visited Anson 11 for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. The atmosphere was nice, and there are TVs available to watch the game of the day, which adds to the experience.
For our meals, my husband ordered the Anson 11 dish, and I had the Caesar salad along with the seafood medley linguine. While the food was okay, we felt it was a bit plain and lacked flavor overall.
What truly made our visit special was our waiter, Marcela. She provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced—attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. We mentioned to her that it was our anniversary when we arrived, and even though we didn’t request dessert, she surprised us with an anniversary dessert. That thoughtful gesture made the moment extremely special and memorable.
Overall, the food was just okay, but the outstanding service—especially from Marcela—made the experience lovely and worth mentioning

Fantastic experience at Anson 11 (A11) in El Paso. Everything from the food to the service was spot on.
We started with the Chicken Tortilla Soup, which was flavorful and comforting, and the Old Bay Crab Cake, which was excellent — well-seasoned and nicely prepared. For entrées, the California Chicken Sandwich was fresh and well-balanced, and the A11 Meatloaf was a standout — hearty, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
We also enjoyed several Virgin Mojitos, which were refreshing and well-crafted, and finished with the Traditional Tiramisu, a great way to end the meal.
Service from Alex J was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere made it an easy place to relax and enjoy a great meal. Everything felt well-executed and worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back.

We ate upstairs before a concert and while the menu is more limited (and upscale) than the bistro downstairs, it was a fabulous experience. Far smaller space which means less tables, less noise, and more customer-focused servers. Alex and Jesus were our servers. We had a fabulous meal of drinks, Caesar salad, short ribs, lamb chops and crème brûlée. Presentation on all the dishes was amazing. Truly lovely evening.

The wife and I planned a little date night and we ended up having a very enjoyable experience. The cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting for our night out together. I decided to eat lamb shank for dinner. Although the lamb shank was cooked to perfection with great tenderness and flavor, I still felt a longing for lamb chops due to my personal preference. Anyone who likes lamb should definitely give this tasty dish a try since it maintains a solid flavor profile.
I chose the Wahaka by Midnight for my drink while my wife selected a lavender-infused beverage. The drinks showed creativity and flavor but I thought a cold beer would have been more satisfying. The cocktail menu earns praise for its distinctive drink selections. Overall it turned out to be a wonderful evening although there were minor “what ifs” that didn’t take away from the experience. Would I come back? Sure thing! Next time I’ll probably explore different menu options to enjoy a new flavor experience. Cheers to date nights done right!

Anson 11 is a lovely bistro-style restaurant with a warm, inviting atmosphere right on the first floor. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming — my husband, teenage son, and I all enjoyed the relaxed vibe. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A great spot for a casual yet refined meal. We’ll definitely be back!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the experience was excellent. Andrew, our waiter was attentive and kind. They welcomed us with a card congratulating us for our anniversary and a complementary dessert to follow. The ribeye was perfect and the pork tenderloins were amazing! Definitely recommend this place for a romantic outing and a savory dish.

Celebrated 3rd anniversary. Our appetizer was Peruvian Tiradito an Atlantic salmon, choclo, aji amarillo, lime, Fresno. It was delicious. We both had the New York Strip 12. oz which comes with a garden salad or mashed potatoes, also delicious. To drink, we had Palomas, $18 a drink. It was a great dinner experience with great food and drink. There was a happy Anniversary card waiting for us and we were treated to a complimentary cake served with a sparkler candle.

Not sure why reservations are needed in an empty restaurant. Had to sit at the bar which is fine but because the service was amazing except for the dirty rag smell. The drinks were ok, the food was delicious. We were offered a table after sitting at the bar, but were told we would have to leave it at 6:45. We were there until 8 and still there was a half empty restaurant with plenty of tables. Just a suggestion, maybe have a few extra tables in case reservations do not show up or in case people want to go unexpectedly and spend their hard earned money.
