Stopped at Sonic today because I’ve been seeing their commercials for the double Sonic smashburger. Thought I would give it a try. I waited a lot longer for my food than I ever have when going to Sonic. When I received my food it was the wrong burger. So I had to wait again for them to cook the burger correctly. But I understand it happens, usually I don’t have an issue with Sonic. I tried their pickle fries They were pretty good and I recommend the double Sonic smasher! The only major complaint about this place is its location! Celanese road in Rock Hill It’s almost near impossible to get out of the parking lot between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.. If you do get out you have to go right because it’s very difficult to go left and cross over the highway because you’ll be sitting there all day.

We went to this Sonic several times while in Rock Hill, and it made me sad that I don’t have any Sonic’s close to me where I live! I loved the drinks, and the food was very good as well! Only one visit did they not give us one of the things we ordered. But the soft pretzel was probably the best I’ve ever had. The pickle meal was very good, I wasn’t fond of the drink but the burger and tots were very good! I will definitely go back the next time I’m in Rock Hill!

One of the better Sonic locations I’ve visited in South Carolina. Our food order was correct and out fast. Don’t offer us to order a large like the sign says. The milkshake was coming out over the side. I was disappointed they were out of onion rings as Sonic has my favorite from a fast food place. Had tots so that was okay.

We have gone to this location at least 5 times before and had a mobile order with 2 ultimate breakfast burrito things, and each time its either the wrong burrito or has lettuce on it, which isn’t at all what is supposed to be on the burrito. The rest of the order is fine, but its always the ultimate burritos.
Edit: they remade the burritos easily and they came out quick, but the problem is it is a recurring issue.

A six item (soda, slush, 2 tots, bacon smashburger, popcorn chicken) mobile order took more than 10 minutes. Bacon burger had no bacon, one tot had chili cheese when it should have been add onions and jalapeno. An opened container of buffalo sauce was put in the bag.

They need to close down. It has gone backwards instead of forward. The food was C-. They use to have good drinks but not now. Taste more seltzer water than strawberries or lime in the strawberry limeade. Need improvement.

Could not understand a single person that worked here. They mumbled on the radio and in person. Oder was wrong but in the right boxes. Nobody let us know they changed the order bc they were out of something. I would’ve ordered something else.

We were served food that was cold and seemed to have been sitting out all day. Also, I hope that the staff knows tampering with food is a federal offense. I only say that because of the odd vibes.
DEC 13th I took one scoop off the top of my chocolate chunk brownie blast. There was hair underneath. I call the manager and he was very kind.
