I love their food always great the wait time is there biggest downfall. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food. You better have nothing but time on your hands if you go here. The young lady that waited on us was very manageable and so sweet. Our food was cold because of the wait, we didn’t want to wait no longer. We took it home and heated it. Which it is much better when served hot. They need to hire more people

This is by far the nastiest Sonic I’ve ever been to. One female employee had long hair hanging out of her hat and even saw it laying across the food prep area when she lend up against counter. No gloves are worn, and I watched workers touch their faces, noses—even scratch themselves—before handling food. Absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, the orders are rarely correct. Today, I ordered a simple burger with no onions or pickles and a tea. Somehow, it still came with onions and pickles. It shouldn’t be this hard to get right.
Employees were on their phones, walking around like they were on break, and one guy had his hoodie pulled over his Sonic hat while scratching his ear near food. Completely gross.
This place needs serious management and training. Please do better.

Came here to get my wife a medium fresh fries with cheese sticks and this is what they call a medium “fresh” fries!!!!!

We were on vacation and had to stop by Sonics. We are super happy that we did. The smoothies are great. My daughter was really happy that she finally got to try their blue raspberry with nerds smoothie.
We stopped here a few times before our trip ended.
We tried the burgers, chili cheese hot dog, french fries, ice cream, and smoothies. Delicious!
I love the fact we can park and order. They bring the food out to you. I hope they open one in Hawaii!!!

They don’t answer telephone. I ordered a sonic smasher burger combo it was burnt and cold like it had been sitting on the shelf for a while. Tater tots were also cold . Someone needs to know . So start answering your telephone.

Extremely slow, took 30 minutes to get two burgers and fries, and when they finally gave it to me, it was not what I ordered. Paid for two Double Cheeseburgers, got two singles. Will revisit one day in hopes of improvement.

^Update Order from them this time. Simply order corn dog, onion rings and lime aid. When delivered she asked if I needed anything else I did and she never returned with it. It just seems that when you give a tip that the service is over. But if you have requested another item you’re not finished.* Overcooked but fast service when ordering by the app gotta give them that much.

when i ate lunch here today took a bite of my burger and found some plastic in it along with the point of my drinks being flat when I asked to see a manager the manager never appeared. my lunch time ran out so had to leave. could have went bad if i had of ate it..
