I ordered a foot long coney meal, with tots.
I received a cony meal with mozzarella sticks. I wasn’t given a fork for my foot long either. I didn’t dine at the restaurant. Had I been eating there easy fix, not so much when your not.

Our food was cold and the French fries were awful; they had a too old taste and probably were microwaved before bringing it to our car. Our cheeseburger was cold and I asked for extra onions and I barely got any. And there was no tomato on our cheeseburger! Everytime we go there the soda always taste different; sometimes good and sometimes bad and there was hardly any ice. And they only gave me one straw for two sodas.

Pulled in on the way to get food from elsewhere because we wanted milkshakes. The milkshake machine wasn’t working, but that was no big deal and we got standard soft drinks instead.
We ended up waiting for eighteen minutes!
They were just basic drinks!
No food or fancy ice-cream blends or anything.
Miserable.

I don’t usually post reviews but i had a poor experience with them. I ordered my food which was taking a bit too long to come. When the girl brings some food it wasn’t mine. She asked if I made an online order. I did not. Here I am waiting again and when she does come back she says she forgot. I replied “about my order” she says yes. I’m sorry but that is unacceptable. How do you forget to bring someone their food. I was waiting for at least 30 minutes which is ridiculous for fast food. I don’t usually have issues with sonic. Maybe the girl was having a bad day, but they will not be getting any of my money for a long time if ever again.

I go here all the time and usually have no problem with the service. Almost every carhop is very friendly and most of the time the food is delicious. However, there have been several instances where I’ve had a problem with the food. For example, my most recent visit. I ordered a the chicken tender sandwich and instead of the standard two strips of chicken, it had one small piece that was torn in half. The bread was really hard and they tried to compensate by overloading the poor thing with the pickles I asked for. Another example, which has happened twice now, is finding thick powder-like gunk in the bottom of my drink. Aside from a few minor mishaps like this I’d say it’s a pretty decent place for affordable, quick food.

We stopped here after a 4 hour drive to watch the solar eclipse. Every parking spot was full so we walked up and sat outside. Service was exceptional for how busy they were. Our order was correct and all our food was the correct temperature. Nothing better to pass the time than sweets at Sonic.
