Ordered through Door Dash last night. When I got it I noticed it wasn’t much mild sauce on the chicken. Normally if the chicken is seasoned really good then I wouldn’t mind the lack of sauce. But the chicken lacked seasoning too. Then to top it off. I woke up with food poisoning and had to go to urgent care. This will be my first and most definitely last night getting food from this location. I will stick to getting my Harold’s from the city.

The name says Harold’s Chicken but this isn’t Harold’s at all. This chicken has no flavor even with the mild sauce. Season the flour cook do something because this ain’t it. I should’ve followed my first mind. I see why they basically doing so many bogo specials. They giving that flavorless chicken away. Salt and pepper and mild sauce can’t help that chicken it still wasn’t Harold’s.

The food was freshly cooked and good. The people were very nice and helpful when ordering as well. The cookies and cake that’s sold there which is made by someone else not Harold’s was not something we would buy again.

The woman answering the phone has a TERRIBLE attitude!! She is very rude and short with her conversation. I asked twice for a total and she kept repeating the order number instead. It really saddens me that this place fairly just opened and you have people of my own kind acting a fool with customer service. If she hates her job why is she employed in that position? Terrible!!!

The need to practice better hygiene w when preparing food.. the guy at the register came from out side fixed the mats on the floor then went and put the sauce on the chicken… The scratch his head and fixed the food… Just as that was happening a gentlemam came in and addressed the same thing.. Got a refund and left
