This is the worst restaurant to pick up an order from if you are a delivery driver. They have a table listed uber and door dash. I stood at the table for almost 10 minutes and watched the staff from inside look at me. No one came outside to the table. When I called and told them the woman one the phone said you have to pull up to the order station and press the button. There no sign or anything that says this. This place is so unprofessional and unorganized.

I placed my order online through the app while at the location. However, while the display offered a combo for the country fried sandwich the app did not so ended having to pay a lot more for drink and fries! It gave me a time of 5 mins later for it to be ready, ended up being about 10 mins. When it was delivered it was rushed without greeting or anything and there weren’t any napkins included. I also ordered the groovy fries which were not good as the cheese wasn’t completely melted and again without any napkins. On the order wax the smashburger combo and it was smashed into the box with the ketchup and mustard all in the box and on outside of the bun. It was a mess. I asked for it without pickl5a d ended up with extra. The drinks barely had any ice in them. This was beyond extremely disappointing!!

This was a nightmare! I go here a good bit with my friends. Until the boards you order on decided to completely stop working. We Waited 115 mins just for the red button to work and for us to put our order in. After waiting for like 20 mins we were told “hold on a sec” then waited for another 40 mins! When we finally ordered my friend biked over to the Zaxbys right next to us and got a cookie and came back before we even had gotten our food! fix the boards ones red button doesn’t work and is really messed up the other board’s touch screen Doestn’t even work! After like 30 minutes of wait the waiter asked us if we were ordering and we said “No our board isnt working” and they said “Ohhh well” ! What the heck!? Ya’ll already are known for being shady and your food is kinda overpriced sometimes. Fix these! Become better. I’m going to give Zaxbys 5 stars since yall were soooooooooooooooooo bad! Yall have bad reviews for a reason. All in all about 2 hrs there!

Came to sonic to get an ice cream. they told me their “machine was broken”. but over the next 5 minutes i watched them bring numerous amounts of ice cream out to different cars. just because you have a lot of ice cream orders, it is not an excuse to not let me order an ice cream. i’ve worked fast food before. do better.

I placed an online order (directly through the sonic website since I had a gift card I couldn’t use DoorDash or UberEats) for ONE item and waited for over an hour only to have the order cancelled while I was on hold for over 10 minutes with the manager.
I had email confirmation, order and payment confirmation and the driver told me she was told the order wasn’t there. I called close to the one hour mark to request a refund and the manager was dismissive and rude. When I told her I didn’t order through DoorDash or another delivery service, I was put on hold and I saw my order was cancelled. It was over 10 minutes without contact and I ended up disconnecting the call because it just wasn’t worth it.

Hair was in my burger they made “another” without hesitation, but the second tasted like it was sitting out. My drink was even nasty it seemed watery. Overall my tots and blast was good.

The two cars in front of me just pulled off from the drive through ordering screen. I get up to the window and say hello ~6 times over the span of 3 minutes before anyone responds. Granted, have already been sitting there waiting on the other two cars to not get spoken too for about 10 minutes. They say they don’t have any foot long coneys. We sit at the window after paying for another 15 minutes or so before finally receiving our food. I doubt the whole restaurant is out of foot long coneys, the workers most likely just didn’t prepare properly. Just hoping management sees this and takes appropriate action because this normally doesn’t happen at this sonic. I come about once per week around this same time. Laziness is a disease.

What used to be a cornerstone of the West Ashley community has sadly fallen into disrepair. I don’t blame the employees all that much because they aren’t hiring enough help to keep up with demand, and they probably aren’t paying too well either. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting on a shake only to get a completely melted mess, and sent it back for a new one. The only upside was that the lone employee running orders was kind and courteous despite being clearly overwhelmed by a parking lot full of vehicles. Would avoid this location if possible.

I had a very negative experience here. The server could not seem to understand that I had already ordered and paid online. They just turned off my screen and ignored me for about 20 minutes. I suspect that the fact that I am physically disabled may have had something to do with it. Eventually I parked my car in front of their drive-thru window and then they acknowledge that they actually did have my order and gave me the food that I had paid for.

This is the absolute worst place I have been to. We went thru the drive thru waited over 40 mins. No one showed up or bother to communicate to take our order. You might as well be non existent !!! People were leaving left & right with no service ….. Pitiful for certain.
