Went to grab a milkshake. They gave me ice cream in a cup and charged $1.50 more than the menu price. I wanted m&m mixed in to it and they just put them on top. I also was asking the differences in products and the lady said, “they’re milkshakes.” Didn’t even greet us or help. Very rude and disappointing.

Didn’t even order from here. We went to the drive through and decided to head to one of the booth areas to order instead. When we were ready to order my friend begin saying the order only for the lady working the intercom to snap at him to “come to the drive through”. Yet we begin ordering at the drive through and we also told the lady we were going to one of the booths and apologized and got no response to stay in the drive through. There were also multiple cars outside in the booth areas. If they can’t take orders from the booths they should let people know. There’s no need to get snappy and rude for something we don’t know is a problem. Seems to me they just didn’t want to walk the food out as the intercom and button was working fine for taking orders. I also saw a lady inside on her phone while I could see at least three other cars outside at the booth areas. Definitely not going back to this place or sonic as it seems this is okay to have at a place of business. Just wanted some food man. Taco bell across the street was very nice and quick to order.

Everytime you go to this location they are so slow taking orders you have people driving over curbs to get out of the drive-thru line. Then after 20 mins waiting to get to the speaker they leave you sitting another several minutes before they even acknowledge you’re there. Then most of the time you’re informed they don’t have the item you want. If by some chance you have the time to wait and they actually have your requested item once you get to the window they are usually very rude and unprofessional. Even the management. I have never seen a location so poorly ran. And it’s been like this for years. So clearly it isn’t a concern even for corporate. I don’t know how this location is even in business honestly.

If I could give them zero stars for service, I would. We ordered in the app, paid for it, then when we got there and parked in a stall, they said they couldn’t understand us. I finally was able to let them know we were here for our food and the boy said it would be right out. Fast forward to 20 minutes later, we hit the red button again and the girl that answered said she couldn’t understand us. We’re not from another country, mind you… so we went through the drive through and the boy brought it right out. No napkins or anything or any real explanation for why they couldn’t just bring it out like he said he would. And the answer was , “well, sorry about that”. NOT OK!!!

Completely disgusting. Ordered a lunch burger that was literally floating in grease. Unfortunately I didn’t open it until I got back to work and couldn’t eat it. The fries were cold, extremely cold and I the bread was mush due to sitting in the container full of grease.

This place is quite possibly one of the worst managed fast food places I have been to .
Service is laughable , quite literally.
Employees will NOT serve you your food that you order on mobile or at the self-serve designated areas . You will wait 10, 15, 20 mins until you’re forced to go through the drive through to get a human to speak to you .you have to sit in line with every other customer being forced to do the same thing .
Because they refuse to bring out orders.
Finally get to the drive through and you get your food . It is cold, unseasoned, soggy . Doesn’t even taste fresh .
The employees just laugh and pay no attention to service or customers .
Last time I was here the manager had an attitude,And one of the employees pointed and laughed at us with an attitude. I kinda brushed that off, but here 6 months later. Same literal BS absolute PATHETIC EXCUSE of an establishment.
The owner and employees should be ashamed of themselves.
Every single one of them needs to be fired .
Tried forcing a refund but there was not an option to do so, sonic will respond to this review with a stupid website link to file a complaint that they sent to everyone else with a bad review , and the link doesn’t even work ….

I ordered the pretzel bacon double burgers combo and not only did they forget a whole burger in the order, they didn’t even give us the right pretzel bun, just a regular bun, and there was hardly any bacon or fried onions on it. The lack of attention was ridiculous and I had to drive back for my whole burger that wasn’t in the bag. I love sonic food but today was one of those days that just showed their lack of care. I don’t ever write reviews so you know it’s bad when I take the time to complain. I also tried to call and nobody answered the phone and after 10 tries I gave up on that. Just kept going to voicemail. Next time I go I will be talking to the manager in person. Not being a Karen and complaining for nothing. But I don’t mind voicing my complaints when needed.

Fire the white male with tattoos and all the other young workers you hire. I visited the Sonic in Boiling Springs, SC, and ordered cheese tater tots. A sonic classic. My tots came out cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I asked politely if it could be remade, but instead of preparing a fresh order, the male employee brought back the same cold tots with additional cold cheese added on top. The interaction was extremely unprofessional, and it didn’t seem as though there was much care about fixing the issue. I was disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service during this visit. I hope management can hire new employees who actually care about food quality. This Sonic will not get another dime of my money, and it shouldn’t get yours unless something changes.

Cheese tots (with chili from hotdog), chili cheese dog (not shown), double bacon cheeseburger, steak and bacon melt and jalapeño poppers. Sweet tea as well. Food was good. Poppers were not the best but not bad for fast food. The new steak and bacon melt was probably not good enough to order again but was ok. The burger was good and very flavorful. I always love the tots.
The line was around the building at 11:00 pm. The guy workin did a great job. He was taking orders, making food, and running food to cars in line to help get them out. He did a great job!
