Would LOVE to give negative 5 stars if I could. Been running errands and haven’t eaten all day, just wanted something quick to eat and soon as I bite into my biscuit, here is a huge plastic ring of some sort in my mouth! I feel so disgusted! Where did this ring come from? How was this even made without being caught?! Just careless! I will never in my life return to this location let alone Bojangles again.

I had such a great time dining here! The service was outstanding the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell the employees really care about what they do and take pride in their work. I visited this location on September 19, 2025 at approximately 6:30 PM. I ordered a Cajun cheese biscuit meal with cheese and pickles on the sandwich with an order of bowl rounds and a sweet tea. I received a pork chop sandwich a blueberry biscuit an order of french fries And a soda. Once I got to my destination and realized that they messed up my order I contacted the store providing them with all the necessary information. Explain to them that I don’t eat pork and was told that the next time that I am by the Location that I would receive a replacement for my botched order. On Monday, September 22 at approximately 8:00 AM I returned to the location asked to speak with the manager gave them my name and of course they have no record. The manager then proceeds to tell me that she’s going to check the computer to see if the order is in their database Because I don’t have a receipt. I kindly told the manager that I don’t have my receipt, but I can pull up my checking account to show her the purchase from my account. After she does her due diligence and checking her database and telling me that she has no such order in her system, she rejects my request to replace the food that I already paid for. It would make sense to me that my order that I placed would not be in her system due to the fact that the order that I received was nothing like what I ordered. This location is dirty management is unprofessional. Consider traveling to another Location before spending your hard earned money here. Buyer beware.

I must say that the food and service was amazing. I expected nothing less the manager Ann served as a manager in my hometown of Morganton. I remember before she got there the food was always cold they never had food cooked and the attitudes of the employees was terrible. I became a fan and a customer again because Ann always made sure we was served good quality food always hot and the change of atmosphere. She will be missed thanks for the amazing food again from our stop at your new store

Picked up a 4pc for my kids and the chicken was completely RAW in the inside. The outside was perfectly golden but absolutely raw inside. I took pictures and will be sending to corporate as this is a health hazard.

Terrible. I’ve tried my best to give this Bojangles location the benefit of the doubt but their food tastes like chemicals. I ordered 2 wings and a sausage gravy biscuit with egg. Disgusting. I got 3 burnt old wings and the sausage biscuit was a disaster. They touch your food with the same gloves they use to wipe down the counters. Do better. I’ve thrown the last 3 orders in the trash because the food is not edible.

I live in Pa and it’s been years since I’ve had Bojangles. Helped my sister move and just so happened to be 5mins away from this location. BEST WEEK EVER!!! The food was always FRESH. The store was always CLEAN. The employee’s… Made me feel like family. Definitely went in multiple times. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Oh My!!! Made sure to get everyone’s name that made me and my family experience so amazing. So Latoya, Linda, Debra, Deb, Key Key, Vee, Destiny, and Makayla. I hope this review reaches you all because you all are awesome and you make that location home for your customers. I need to correct this review because after they responded, I saw that I had given 3 stars when I actually wanted to give 4. I’m not giving them 5 stars because my order was incorrect. Maybe it was my mistake not to check it when I received it. But I ordered and paid for a 3-piece combo and only got 2. It was too late when I got home to correct it. Otherwise, everything was fine.
