Im so disappointed. Our order was repeated back to us but it was still very wrong. I had ingredients I requested off my burger that appeared accurate on the receipt but still ended up getting everything on the sandwich. My partners order was completely missing. I felt rushed through drive thru like it was an issue that we decided to eat Sonic. Even then it felt like they forgot our order while we waited over ten minutes. It was just so frustrating.

Cheese tot. Got what I can assume is a small, this tiny amount of food cost 5.99$. I will never go to a sonic again. Price goes up and up and the amount of food you get gets smaller and smaller, then I had to ask for utensils! This is highway robbery

Ordered 2 drinks. While ordering we noted a sign asking customers to let the employee know if we were planning on using Apple Pay. Planning to do so, we let the employee know through the speaker. Immediately he somewhat raises his voice and says that they don’t accept it there. Which is understandable, but why not have a sign that just says that they don’t accept it there. Nonetheless, we just agreed to pay with card. For reference I ordered a large coke add cherry, and when I was handed a red drink I took a sip, and realized it was just carbonated red water. No flavor at all. Just mild cold carbonated water, with a bright red color. It stained my counters.

was it really that hard to make an ice cream blast, that’s what I ordered and had me pull up and yet three care went past me and waited 20 minutes, I didn’t order anything difficult just for an ice cream but the ice cream is still good

We had numerous mistakes on our order. Instead of being understanding and helping fix the problems, they made it incredibly difficult to receive the correct order. The worker seemed reluctant to do his job. We ended up spending over an hour there waiting for our order to get corrected. They did not offer any way to make it right by way of refund or free item either. Will not return.

Let’s be honest, I seldom, of ever, go to Sonic for the food. I mean, yeah, they have tater tots, and there’s something ineffably great about that, but that’s not their main thrust. One goes to Sonic for beverages. Where else can you get a Route 44 with Sonic Ice? Add to that occasional seemingly bizarre, but fantastic additions like the short lived “dirty” style that inexplicably meant adding coconut milk and lime, and you have a franchise.

Amazing food hot and fresh was there less than 4 mins. Got a #3 with no onions Large Mozzarella Sticks with ranch and a large Cherry Slush. Tasted amazing.

This location is terrible. I waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken, then the employee wasn’t nice at all, and my order was incorrect. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the nice location on Forest Drive! This is the 4th time I’ve had to wait sooo long for two drinks!

Came in at night and got a burger, burger was great, service was great. The next day I notice I was overcharged. I called the location and spoke with Charlie, he said he would take care of me and I had a few options and I chose to be compensated with a meal. Got here later that week and they got me that food. Will come again.
