Did an online order for the ultimate meat and cheese burrito on my way to work this morning get to work and I have a burrito with about 4 little peices of sausage no bacon and the tots were hard and cold. Was unable to go back to correct it due to being stuck at work

Last night, they added a tip to my son’s order without asking him if he wanted to add a tip. This us highly unethical and illegal. He didn’t get a paper receipt and the only way he even knew was Square automatically emailed him a receipt and the tip shows up there. What a rip off.

Very positive people, ☺️ a restaurant thats in deep with the community x the surrounding area let’s me know that its not just about bottom line its about moving the culture forward, no racism just great honest people with great attitudes that know the difference between right x wrong will go above and beyond to get your order right within reason if you make a complaint. Will update with pictures soon but right now maybe only one person will find out how great I take pictures via my Google travel guide profolio, will update but as of now “their dinning room floor so clean you can eat off it” even during these times where businesses in local semi rural counties are not making as much ; just another buisness in your profolio and standards shouldn’t be forgotten it all evens out without a leveler.

I spent close to $40 and every bit of our food was barely lukewarm upon arriving at home that’s only five mins away. Also I ordered the salted caramel croissant bites and they have no salted caramel on them at all!! I basically just got little plain croissant squares that had no flavor because the salted caramel was never put on them. The food besides being cold didn’t taste all that great either..

The tots, cheese sticks and chicken filets were cooked WAY to long And it tasted like the oil needed to be changed. For the cost I had to pay it was awful. The lady at the window was not very polite. She kept talking to people inside with her headset still connected to the speaker.

Ordered outside at the carport. Ended up having to go inside to see what was taking so long for my order. It was not busy so not sure why the delay. I had my granddaughter with me so this was inconvenient. We had a small order of pretzel bites and a sprite.

They need a new ice machine or employees that are not so lazy they don’t want to fix a bag of ice. Every other time they say they are having issues with the machine and can’t fix a bad of ice.
