My mom and dad have been eating Sonic breakfast burritos on the way to church for the last ten years. Chapin, SC Sonic is an institution. We all love their cherry lime aids and the fellas who put their antique cars outside while they come in to eat and hassle each other! I miss the flowers on the tables and the seasonal window murals at our Sonic. It’s local color at it’s best! Since my folks can’t always decorate anymore, this is where we go for holiday cheer. Please bring it back!

While the staff is pleasant, the food has been lacking lately. The last several times I have visited and ordered my usual Chili Cheese Coney with Mozzarella sticks, the Coney has barely had anything on it. I thought maybe it was just an off-day as we all have them from time to time, however 3 times in a row is not a one-off situation. With the prices Sonic charges for their menu items, it should not be lacking in ANYTHING. On my 3rd attempt, the Coney was almost bare and the Mozzarella sticks were barely warm.

Such a small touch made a huge difference for our family today. My daughter absolutely loved the cute cat drawn on our to-go bag, she loved it so much she wouldn’t even let me throw the bag away!

Where do I even start… First said we As wanted the American smash burger with bacon. Which is clearly an option on the screen. The girl says I can add bacon but we don’t have one with bacon … But it’s on your screen .. so she charged us for bacon…ok moving on then I ordered a kids hot dog plain .. there’s mustard. I order two buffalo wraps . Once the food gets out she goes oh sorry it’s hard to hear I thought you wanted buffalo sauce .. so instead of saying that just assumed then says she’s need my card again if I want the wraps.. and I was charged for two sauces I never got lol idk if she was new….

The chicken tenders were burnt hard and cold. I bought two tender combo’s went to have lunch with my grandson at school. We did not enjoy any of this stuff. Had a footlong hot dog to share. It was cold the bun was hard. $50.00 down the drain!!!!!

More times then not do i get this chicken sandwich and they always burn the bread so much that i have to take it off the bread and eat the chicken. I really wish your people would start asking themselves if they would eat this and if not then i need to make another… then things like this wouldn’t happen.
