I got off work late around 10pm went to get some food. I got a sonic double smasher and it was wrong and purposely made like crap like honestly the worst order at Sonic I’ve ever received. It wasn’t even a smasher patty. I ordered on the app and there isn’t even a place on the app to leave a review or submit an issue.

Normally my food order is wrong when I visit this particular location, but this visit was just to get drinks for my kids and I. We wanted to try the new and highly advertised Strawberry Mango slush with Tajin (sp?) and it was… interesting. First few sips were pretty good, just different, but good. At the half way point (on a medium) we couldn’t drink another sip and tossed them. Do yourself a favor if you wanna try it. Order it with LITE Tajin, and MAYBE you’ll be able to finish it. I’m certain they made all ours wrong, because it was TERRIBLE.

The servers were exceptionally nice they helped us understand everything we needed to understand on the menu and they even brought us a wag cup to our dog ❤️ we were all just trying to beat the NC heat. We got two hot fudge sundae’s and a strawberry shortcake snowball slush cup it was DELICIOUS ❤️ even got to see an awesome history lesson come to life while there

So…..I never have left a bad review which is crazy…..but. last night I went up to sonic for my standard cherry lime ade and a smash burger (when I finally got my food if was amazing) but I am not exaggerating when I say I pushed the button to order button starts blinking and waited 9 exact minutes I thought the speaker must be broken so I moved to another menu pressed the button waited another 8.5 minutes before any one even came on like why did no one just answer real quick to say “we will be with you in a bit” but they didn’t. Finally i ordered it was a total of 22 minutes from pressing the first button to me leaving with my food. This was the night of (9-14) won’t be going here anymore. Will be taking my business to the other sonic on western blvd.

Ordered popcorn chicken, just for them to give me the burnt crispy dry pieces. So I called and they said I could come back to get a replacement. So I drove back over there and told them I had called about the popcorn chicken and I placed another order so when my order came out I didn’t have the popcorn chicken so I asked him about it and he came back out with the popcorn chicken. Then said next time have your receipt, if it wasn’t for my manager you wouldn’t be getting a replacement. The attitude was uncalled for! Definitely won’t be going to this sonic again!

Food was good but specific honey mustard with 3 sides got non also got a drink we didn’t order through uber eats said to contact you also his burgers said no onions got extra too.. never had this happen before u er eats said rate you and contact you for compensation I usually go through the app never had to do this just want reimbursed for it as we spent 50+ tip was 67 paid for the condiments and stuff and got none of it wouldn’t have been a big deal but I don’t have those condiments and he said no onions they gave extra

This is the fastest, friendliest, most correct on orders Sonic in Jacksonville. It is also the oldest Sonic in Jacksonville. It is a great place to get tasty food really fast “faster than the speed of sound.”
Unfortunately Sonic has been losing money all over the country, and as a company probably won’t last another 10 years.
Jacksonville has three Sonics…..hopefully they will open one in Richlands.

Maybe this wouldn’t be a terrible sonic if I didn’t have any other store to compare it to. However, compared to the Western Blvd one, the service here borderlines egregious. Order a sonic blast from here (they put nothing in it) and then order one from Western. The food on Western is consistently fresher, hotter, and portioned better. I hate when I have to order from this one. They skimp in every way they can.
