Did a mobile app order and they forgot a bag of food so when I reach out for a solution the only thing they said they can offer is a cheeseburger coupon. How do you offer a coupon for something half the price and deny a refund. Wasted 30 mins on the phone with customer support on top of it. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

This is exactly what you expect from sonic. The stalls were clean and worked pretty well. The employees were professional and quick to bring out the food which looked exactly as I expected to overall a good and reliable place to get some food on the road.

I also got tots with cheese and onions the onion had a bad taste to them where cold the root beer didn’t taste good so they just made me a new still taste the same they told me the replaced the root beer bag if they did then they need to clean the soft drink area because you can taste the even the ice cream wasn’t good not happy with this service it bad I had to throw all it away because how bad this food was it’s sad with you spend over 20 on this place and the food is this bad it’s bad where I am going to have to bypass this one to go-to the one in Morehead city and the open lights not even on

Quick, fast and courteous service. Servers were dressed in costumes ranging from 50’s carhop to 80’s themed. Such a neat experience to share with my kid.

ordered a garlic butter bacon burger and i got literally 2 half peices of bacon on my burger. and on top of that they refused to put more bacon on it after i said something. the staff then proceeded to have an attitude with me about the fact that THEY didn’t put bacon on my burger

rang in and waited 15 minutes after she said “one moment ill be right with you” until they were closed and then told me “sorry we’re closed ” so i ask “why didnt you take my order when i got here then and she dodged it and said they were closed. i delivered some not-so-nice words as i left because i work in a restaurant and you are supposed to serve the people who get there regardless of when. if she told me when i arrived that they werent taking orders anymore it’d be fine but to make me wait until closing and then to say it the moment it hits 11? thats crazy. i just wanted a damn slushie after work.

Usually drive thru. They take much longer when you drove thru in my opinion. Service is meh….no eye contact and taking my card out of my sight for payment is sketchy. They need a machine outside at the drive thru side like other Sonics across the state. Food is awesome most of the time but the last 3x just wasn’t hitting on anything. Subpar at best. Do better
