My wife and I chose the pick 2. I ordered the the steak sandwich with french onion soup and my wife chose the green goddess caprese with french onion soup. Please refer to the images, the images doesn’t include my wife’s french onion soup. The cost was $32.50. We were not happy, I immediately called and at least manager refunded our account. We will never eat at Panera again!

We’ve ordered delivery from this location twice and both times we were highly disappointed. For example, with one of my orders I ordered the flat bread cheese pizza (selected no cheese) and they decided to barely put sauce on it as well…while charging the same price! First time Panera Bread customer. Plus 1⭐️ for having outdoor seating and being dog friendly. My Bacon Chipotle Chicken Flatbread Pizza was tasty. A little light on the chicken and bacon. My wife had the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. She said the bread crust was a bit hard. I tasted a bit and it seemed OK to me. We will be back another to sample some more menu items probably at a different location.

Excellent customer service but the food was just not that good. The bread was hard and it was really hard to chew as a sandwich. All the avocado was on one side so it was like half avocado half meat. The tomato soup was good and the Mac and Cheese just as normal. If you want some warm soft sandwiches, this is not the place to go

My husband had 1/2 steak sandwich & brocolli cheese soup & I had 1/2 steak sandwich & 1/2 Caesars salad. We paid $33 +. There’s hardly any meat in both sandwiches. We were so disappointed with our meals and we’re not going back.

The customer service provided by Mr Eric Gale is by far the best I’ve ever experienced at any Panera Breads that exist on Pleasant Grove Blvd. Eric sold me my first alcoholic purchase on the day of my twenty-first birthday. He was more than qualified to make such an important and significant transaction possible on such an important date. I will be coming back here for all of my future twenty-first birthdays.

Basically a teenager helping customers in front. He had no people skills or maybe he just hates his job. Hard to tell. The app is slow and you can’t use rewards in store I guess. It’s an app exclusive thing so I was unable to order. I had to order in app and ask for my order to be filled since no one was assigned to order fulfillment apparently.
