I normally don’t leave a bad review because It’s never that serious. But this was just unacceptable, I placed my order at 7:07pm online. I pulled up followed directions and notified them I was there. And after maybe 10 minutes of waiting a young gentleman came out asked me what I ordered and let me know my food would be out soon. Wrong! I didn’t get my food till 7:41! After I pulled through the drive through. My first time trying sonic and I’m so disappointed.

I drove 30 minutes, and my drink didn’t melt once. The food alone has our me in what can only be described as a flow state. The onion rings are still delicious and crunchy, even though they say in the bag for 30 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. The service was simply amazing. My dining experience can only be described by an exponential graph. Nothing short of wonderful

Ordered a RT 44 Strawberry Limeaid. There was probably a half scoop of strawberries in the whole cup. Tasted like I was drinking just Sprite. Please do better, I usually enjoy my experiences at Sonic. Super disappointed.

Had a birthday party at Sonic. Horrible customer service. Very rude lady. They were giving us free refills. I went to the building and the lady that approached me was real rude and said no refills. Tried to explained to her the we were having a birthday party. She did not want to hear it and told me to leave the building and order my coke through the kiosk. Never plan on coming back to this place as long as Brittany the shift leader is here.

Dirty drive thru outside.. Unsweete tea spoiled soured. Then gave us onion rings that tasted like old sweet grease I swear something was dropped into the grease tasted like sweetened ice cream grease terrible..greasy too. Hamburger’s is bioengineered food ingredients chemicals yuck nasty tasting

Fries cold. Tots cold. Burger room temp while it’s toppings seem like they were pulled straight from an ice chest.
Dr Pepper was flat.
And whoever did the coney dog must have looking at the ceiling when adding the toppings because none of it landed on top or in the bun.

Went there for a quick stop before a job and the waitress we had, I regretfully didn’t get her name but she was super sweet, she came out with high energy, especially for the type of cold, wet morning we had. The feel of the place was just a bit low feeling but to be expected for the foggy morning

When you ask for no onions and still receive your food with grilled onions thankfully I had my pen but can’t eat due to allergy, and dont want to cause a scene or ask for a remake after the service we got and waiting 20 minutes for our food,it really ruins the visit.

I’m highly disappointed with the food and service. Not only did I have to correct them twice with messing my order up, the food was cold and the tots were a pile of mush.
