Staff is friendly, food is hot, but watch your surroundings. I saw atleast 3 homeless people walking around & after working all day & trying to grab a quick dinner for the kids I didn’t appreciate someone walking up to my back passenger window that was down, out of no where, with my kid sitting there and asking me for money. When they walked off I saw them come back 20 mins later asking the car in front of me for money. So no fault of the business, but when I’m alone with my kids I’m a mama bear & its not something I want to deal with.

this was my first time going there and i bought two chicken sliders and a cherry limade slushy, when i got my food and went home my chicken sandwiches both of the buns on each one was burnt and my drink wasn’t even a slushy it was a soda, very disappointed and expected more from them. 0/10 experience

I arrived at the restaurant and pulled into stall #24 at 5:44PM. I pressed the order button and had a frustrating attempt at telling the cashier what I wanted. She hung up and came outside to take the order in person instead. A couple minutes later, she popped back out to say it would take 10 minutes. After 40 total minutes of being there, no food was delivered nor any update. A car pulled in a couple stalls down, was able to talk through the speaker, and received their food in a timely manner. The same woman cashier delivered their food and promptly ignored us and went back in. I guess they forgot about us.

We had a bit of a wait, so the server paid for our meal, which she didn’t have to do, but I tipped her anyway, I felt bad 5hat she paid for two foot lings and milkshakes.

We got here 30 minutes after they opened. There was a-lot of works there. There was 1 car at a speaker so they were not busy. My husband ordered cheese fries and when they came out half were rub
and the other half was rock hard. We called on the speaker and said the fries for bad and we could not eat them. Someone came out 5 minutes later and took the fries didn’t say anything to us. We waited for 20 minutes for new fries and nothing. We pushed the speaker and was asked to hold 10 minutes and nothing l. We pushed it again and same thing. My husband was up set he just drove off with out his food. It was not cool.

I said it before and I’ll say it again. This place sucks. I’m a delivery driver, and about a year ago, this particular sonic has asked me to come inside and pick up the order. Inside where? Fast forward to now, at least they got the point that delivery drivers can’t come inside. However, they will flat out ignore you. I’ve canceled multiple orders simply due to the incompetence of the staff. Yall need to clean house.
