Went here because I haven’t had Dairy Queen since I was little & I’m glad I came back. The restaurant was empty when I went inside & had a few cars in the drive-thru. Staff gave me time to look over the large menu of items & came back to take my order, which was quick. Received my order quickly & hot & fresh. The offer outdoor & indoor seating. The restaurant was kinda dirty when I was inside, but maybe they had a rush. Overall satisfied with my visit & will be returning.

Service in the drive thru was fine. . Paid 46.00 for cold and disgusting food . The blizzards were good . The double cheese burger was not good at all . To much mayo, ketchup and wilted lettuce. the beef patties were ones uou can get from sams club brand .Onions rings were hard and old tasting, pretzel looked like hotdogs and the cheese sauce was gross. The chicken tenders were so small about the size of chicken mcnuggets and hard . DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT DAIRY QUEEN ! HOW TIMES HAVE CHANGED ! VERY DISAPPOINTING! shame on you for charging this much money for this gross pig slop !

I had an absolutely disgusting and frightening experience at the Dairy Queen located at 2800 Highway 77 S, Lynnhaven, FL 32444. I have never been treated this way in my life.
I returned my food because it was cold, and the employee who assisted me — an African-American woman wearing a gray wig (I believe her name may have been CHERIE , but I was never given her name) — became extremely angry. I had just paid nearly $20 for a #1 meal, which has never cost that much before.
Instead of calmly explaining whether my food would be remade or refunded, she aggressively snatched the food and drink out of my hands so hard that the lid came off and my drink spilled. She then slammed the drive-thru window in my face and walked away without saying anything. I was left sitting there with no idea if I was getting my money back or my food, which is why I felt forced to call the police.
I am currently sick with the flu and an ear infection, and this experience left me in complete shock. The employee’s behavior was rude, hostile, and intimidating. I was genuinely afraid for my safety due to how aggressive the interaction became.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed, upset, and shaken by this experience. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated at this location.

Terrible workers, terrible attitude. Placed order 22 minutes before arriving, they hadn’t even began making the order so we waited another 20 minutes. Told us we didn’t order a blizzard, showed them a receipt of said blizzard and they made it without saying anything else, wrong size blizzard even after confirming. 4 tenders after ordering 6, no fries, didn’t apologize, nothing. Will never come back. If you hate your job find another one. All kids working, not a single adult.. probably why there is no leadership among the staff

We went on 10/12/25 and although we ordered through the app, we told the lady at the counter we would be dining in. She looked confused but said okay and we went and sat down. 30 minutes passed by, several other customers came and left but we still hadn’t received our order. Starting to get irritated, we went up to the counter to see the hold up. After waiting for someone at the counter for about five minutes, we were greeted with a “what do you need” from a different lady, kinda rude but ok so we asked how much longer for our food and she said she didn’t know, sighed and turned around to give us our food that had been sitting. No one called our name, no one said mobile order or anything. Not even an apology. Our fries were ice cold and chicken strips were old. If I could leave zero stars I would. Safe to say we will not be returning. This was the worst service we’ve ever had in Lynn haven so all these negative reviews are not lying.

Absolutely do not rely on this location to have your cake order. I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake online on September 26th. Received a confirmation email for my order. I arrive on the date of my order to find that no cake had been made. The best they could do was have it ready in 2hrs. Family was already at the house for cake. My advice would be to call and verify, but I won’t be ordering from here again.

It took easy too long for someone to take our order, as of no one was assigned to the register. The blizzard has lots of mixin, at the top. It is certainly not the best location for the franchise.

AWESOME food. Store is very clean. Drive thru slow the evening I picked to visit it. Front counter inside service has been fast and friendly. Once the General manager waited on us, next time a regular team member waited on us. Service was fast and friendly both times. When a fast food restaurant is this clean and service oriented that means the management team is on their toes and cares about their store, staff, and guests. Keep up the Great work guy’s.

I have been here twice and service is very slow and not attentive. One time I came in and I didn’t see anyone until like 3 min later. Then all the employees were in sight.
My other experience, I guess an employee came in on her day off and everyone just came up to talk to her before even acknowledging me. When she left after a few minutes, then they took my order. Very unprofessional
