Where do I start. I ordered a triple sonic smasher with bacon and they gave me a double. The attendant was kind and went to go fix it. I also got mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce. The last time I came here they weren’t listening and gave me a double when I ordered a triple. Luckily it was only charged as a double. Also. Let’s talk about the bathroom. Floor was slick with grease. “Dust pan” was full of grease and what looked like mold just sitting in the middle of the floor. Handle was also slick with grease. They attendant was the only good thing about this trip. She was nice. This is why no one respects fast food workers here and that sucks cuz as a working class guy i want to stick up for yall. If you cant do your job right please try to learn. Once again bless that attendant she is the only good thing about this unsanitary sonic full of fools. Please clean up the place or lower prices not that you care about what your customers think.

I don’t know if anyone from the franchise or corporate end ever reads these reviews but I implore you to go take a look at this location. The staff is almost comically rude. The carhop seemed to be on something and dumped chili cheese tots into the leather interior and carpet of my brand new car. Two items were missing completely and multiple others weren’t as ordered.

I cant believe how run down sonic is. The food was horrible and I paid 30 dollars for my family to eat! Not worth it because the food taste like it was microwaved and they dont have popcorn chicken anymore! Sweet tea was the best part of the meal

We had to back to this location because they couldn’t figure out how to do a refund and we’ve been waiting for 2 weeks. The food this time was just as bad. Everyone was cooked in old oil & looks burned. The mozzarella sticks were so cold that the mozzarella was still in full stick form. Popcorn chicken doesn’t look like their normal popcorn chicken or looks like the chicken they used for their chicken that was tossed in a sauce. I’m sharing the pics that I took when my daughter got home, which is only 3 minutes from this location. No drinks were marked at all, I’ve cream melted it wouldn’t even hold up on an ice cream cone. Witch’s Brew was melted & splitting between everything that’s in it, so the slush party wasn’t even really iced at all more like just sugar water . DEFINITELY DIDN’T GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOUR WANT TO WAIT THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME TO HAVE EVERYTHING FRESHLY MADE, CHECK THAT IT’S CORRECT, HOT & NOT BURNED BEFORE YOUR LEAVE & DRINKS ARE MADE & NOT MELTED FROM THEIR FACILITY JUST EVEN TO YOUR CAR & DEFINITELY DIDN’T EXPECT A REFUND AS NOT THEIR MGR OR GENERAL MGR KNOW HOW TO DO IT. TALK ABOUT NO TRAINING OR ANYONE TO EVEN CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY GIVE CUSTOMERS.

This place can never get anything right. It doesn’t matter if you pick it up, or have it delivered. These people need to start being held accountable for their screw ups. It’s always the same thing here. Something is either missing or it’s the wrong size because they’d rather be goofing off and on their phones instead of reading the orders and making sure their jobs are done correctly.

I usually enjoy this sonic! Staff is always nice food tends to be good most of the time but tonight I get home and my hotdog is burnt to a crisp. I understand it was 30 mins before closing but this was unacceptable. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was the worst dog I’ve ever had from there.

My drink was only ice. Got a large cherry limeade, paid 3.50 and only got about 3 sips before it was gone. The girl taking my order was very dismissive and said they were out of items that people in front of us ordered.
