I’ve heard that Sonic’s kind of gone downhill lately, at least with the food, but I was hoping that the milkshakes would still be good. We got a large one and it was a pretty good deal, and the ingredients used were actually pretty high quality, you could really taste the milk in there (slightly sour). But there was barely any toppings inside, and it was overall unremarkable almost like just a regular vanilla ice cream..

Found a HUGE slice of plastic in my Sonic Pretzel Double Bacon Smasher. My Dirty Dr.Pepper was weirdly thick too like it was the end of the soda bag. Not pleased and very disappointed as I had a better experience this past summer at the same location.

I had a order of a triple smasher burger and they didn’t have no tomato’s on the online service and I just got it and they put tomato because I’m allergic to it and I can’t report it at all, which got my girlfriend disappointed about it

I received a raw, pink cheeseburger after waiting for 15 minutes at the speaker, just to be told to pull up to the window to order. I’ve never received a raw burger from fast food in my life, I reported this to Environmental Health since this is a health code violation.

I really want to enjoy Sonic but this location has got to be consistently one of the worst fast food experiences I have every other time I go. I will not be coming back anymore.

I thought this time ordering with the app onsite would make things faster. The app said we’d have our food in 5-7 min. 40+ min later it comes out. And felt as it had been sitting under a heat lamp. We have been several times now and experiencing the same results. It’s unfortunate.

My husband and I eat ordered a milk shake. I can honestly say it was the worst shake I have ever had. It was chocolate syrup and whip cream, no ice cream! My husband had caramel shake and it was awful also. I guess we should have gone back and complained but we on the road before we realized how awful they were. The only positive was the cashier who smiled and was courteous. Sonic… we won’t be back.

Had the most amazing carhop. A young lady helped me to get my order fixed after it arrived with issues. I asked for no cheese, and the ticket even said no cheese, but unfortunately it came with cheese. I am very allergic to cheese, and even though they were very busy I felt awful bothering the young lady. She assured me it was no issue and went back inside. Around 15 minutes later she brings me the correct burger and apologizes for the delay. Truthfully I was a bit snappy with her, but it was hard to stay upset with how understanding she was. She was very polite, and even took the time to socialize with us. It’s not often that fast food workers take the time to chat with customers, and it really made me feel like I was sitting down somewhere and not just in my car. Thank you Kristen!!

Placed my order a little before 11pm. At 11:33, I pressed the button to ask if maybe there was a mistake and we were forgotten. The lady came over the speaker rudely and demanded to know the name on our order. We were never asked for a name and I tried to explain that but she was cutting me off and speaking super hostile towards me like it’s my fault that I’ve been sitting for almost 40 mins at this point. I then had to repeat my entire order to her while she spoke to me with such a bad attitude. She then quickly cuts off the intercom and hops onto the drive-thru speaker to continue taking orders there. Mind you, we’d been sitting there, and the drive thru was not busy. We watched them clear the drive thru 3x and even go minutes between drive thru customers while we waited for our order. Honestly, we should’ve ordered in the drive thru and then parked to eat because we would’ve had our order in less than 5 mins. The order was 2 sonic blasts, 1 milkshake, a coke zero, and 1 plain ice cream scoop. No food. 2 mins after I spoke to the rude woman, a man came out with our order. I asked for the woman’s name so I could call the next morning and speak with a manager. The guy tried to act like he didn’t know anyone’s name that he worked with. Finally, he told me her name was Tammy. We decided not to eat at the parking stall because it had gotten so late, but I noticed that all of the ice cream was melted. We pulled around to the front to ask for a refund. The same man who brought us our order comes out and lies that he just made those ice creams, but because they’re making so many of them, the ice cream machine wasn’t properly freezing the mix. This maybe could be a good excuse, except the WHIPPED CREAM on top was basically water. If the ice cream machine was the problem, the whipped cream would’ve still been fresh. But even still, why would you see that your product isn’t up to par and still hand it to a paying customer like there’s nothing wrong with it? I didn’t appreciate being lied to like we were stupid. Clearly, they had made our order and let it sit for over 40 mins because they had forgotten about us. The guy said we could have our refund but still take the items. Why would we want to take melted ice cream? We told them to keep it and just give us the refund. Then we were told they had no manager on duty, so our refund couldn’t be processed tonight. I’ve worked fast food before, and so I know the struggles, but I’ve NEVER spoken to customers like I was spoken to tonight. I wasn’t even a rude customer, but the woman was immediately hostile, acting like we were bothering her for asking the status of our order after waiting over 40 mins. The crazy thing is that I truly believe if we’d never asked about our order, we’d be sitting there until they closed.

My son and I stop by for lunch on 9/29/25
We ordered smashed burgers and onions rings/fries, it was the best burger we’ve had in a long time.
Service was good without napkins.
Please always make sure you put napkins in every order.

Every time I come here it’s always an issue of them taking forever with your order. This time I came and was in the drive through line for over 15 minutes before I just decide to pull off without my order. They need to get adults working here and not kids walking around with their pants hanging down.
