This sonic is the absolute worst !! If I could give zero stars I wouldn’t hesitate. Reading all the reviews I wish I had seen them before going. Ordered a BLT. They literally forgot the bacon. lol ! They had one job and it took them almost 15 minutes to make a sandwich. Over charged me for the kids meal I got too. And the place is just dirty. I literally work at a fast food place and I would be so embarrassed if any of my employees acted with no dignity. I get it’s just fast food but jeez at least try a little. Will not be returning. They refuse to make anything right when they mess up so I don’t know why I’m even complaining at this point. Just want to warn people.

I normally enjoy stopping by this Sonic, but my recent visit was very disappointing. When I got home and went to enjoy my drink, I discovered trash and a bug at the bottom of the cup. This was extremely unpleasant and made me feel sick.
In addition, the Smash Burger I ordered came without pickles, and I had to specifically request them. My friend also ordered mozzarella sticks, but the first order we received was clumped together in one large blob of cheese, requiring us to ask for a replacement.
Overall, this experience fell far short of the standard I have come to expect, and I left very disappointed.

Order ahead through the app is unavailable so you can’t take advantage of the 1/2 off drinks. I let the server know of my food allergy and asked to leave allergen off of the burger. So now I spent $12 for a full price drink and a burger that I can’t eat. This is not the first or second time this happened at this location.
I would say you get what you pay for but, you really don’t. You get what they feel like giving you.

We have been to this Sonic a lot of times. Then today, we came and ordered and were given a “large” fries wasn’t even filled to the top of the container that cost $4. We took it back and asked for our money’s worth. We were told that’s how much always comes – but we come here all the time and know that isn’t true. Ten minutes later and the attendant comes out with a bag wrapped around another “large fries”. You guessed it – inside was another unfilled container of fries, no larger than the first.
We will be going to McDonald’s from now on.

I had a taste for a hotdog & decided to go to Sonic for chili cheese coney. So disappointed! Where’s the chili? I have NEVER had a chili dog with less chili than this one. Worker stated they were putting too much chili on the hotdog. So now they don’t give you any. WITW??? I will not be returning to this Sonic location. I didn’t get what I paid for. Wait time for this naked hotdog= more than 15 mins. Ridiculous!

Went here tonight to grab quick dinner after work! Asked for my food to be cooked first! Employee at window states that they always cook the chicken sandwiches fresh! Highly disappointed! Waste of money! Lettuce old, chicken taste old, and bread stiff and burnt!

I work near this sonic so this is always a go to for food, but lately I’ve noticed just a decline in service and speed. The sonic off of Capital boulevard near Just Tires is what I’m used to and they always have exactly what I ordered and even go over the top sometimes. This place takes twice as long for food, something is usually always messed up or missing something and it just doesn’t make sense. I ordered a blue raspberry slush with nerds and mozzarella sticks, which seems to be a very simple order. It took a good time no worry about that, but the drink was barely mixed in I had to mix the blue raspberry in myself and I’ve counted maybe 7 nerds in it. I mean come on, i expect at least more effort then that. Very disappointed, I used to come here as a kid and the service was amazing but now it’s just gone to waste and no one seems to care inside. Disappointed and won’t be coming back to this one.
