I LOVE SONIC! The burgers, the drinks, the desserts, Sonic always brings it, but this here is a hot dog review. The Sonic hot dog is fine. Nothing special, nothing bad about it. Just fine!

The food is great but the service was terrible first in mid order the person taking my order puts me on hold to take someone else’s order then they deliver my order to the wrong car. I would give a better review if sonic would teach their staff how to treat customers.

I came here a few days ago on my break from work and ordered a combo with a strawberry limeade, the food came out fast and Riley was very sweet and asked how my day was and if I needed anything else. This is probably the best customer service I’ve ever had while coming here! I opened up my burger and saw there were tomatoes on the burger even though I asked for none, so I pushed the button again and asked for a remake and they did it with no problem. Riley again brought out the order and was apologetic and asked if everything else was ok. Will be coming back!

First time customer. The servers were very good, however, the food was not that great. The fries were soggy and not hot and the burger patty was dry and barely warm. I wound up tossing most of it. Didn’t have time to reorder. Sorry. When burgers and fries are the staple of your product line, you’ve just got to nail it!

The food is hot and fresh, the desserts are tasty. Food is made to order. The only downside is the accuracy of the orders. When I’ve used the drive thru, there’s always errors on what i get versus what i ordered. My last visit the drinks were correct, but the one hot item (large onion rings) turned into an order of tater tots and jalapeno poppers. Not what i asked for- and not with going back or calling the store. They are not going to care about such things. So it’s always a good lottery or potluck when i go.

I went to Sonic with my boyfriend for our one year on the Fourth of July and two of the workers threw fireworks at our car. We did nothing but pull into the lane at 9:50. They close at 12. Felt very violated and was thankful nothing was left broken but some residue of the firework. Never coming back.

Omg the new strawberry shortcake snowball slush float is out of the world FANTASTIC! You have got to try it! If you like the strawberry slushy, you will like this too. You will not be disappointed. I hope they keep this on the menu permanently.
