I’m usually excited to see the “Sonics” sign, however this location was the absolute worst. I had the sorriest excuse of a burger I’ve had in a long time. I wish I would’ve checked my order before I left (I live over 45 minutes away). The customer service was terrible as well.

I ate at this Sonic for the first time after seeing an advertisement about a pickle meal. Waited for 10 minutes on food. The fries were cold, but they were alright I guess. Burger was okay until I started crunching into some whole cloves of garlic and trashed it. The drink was about what I was expecting except it wasn’t very slushy, more liquid than slush. Also, very pricey meal for what I got.

I love the food at sonic! We don’t have one in Durham unfortunately so whenever I am in Creedmoore, that is my fast food choice. I would love to say that this place is top-notch, but they do have some Things to work on! A few nights ago I went about 45 minutes before they closed. I could see them all working inside. I push the button to do my order. No one Came to help me so eventually, it reset. I know they saw me and I pushed that button every time until About five minutes before they closed. Still, nobody came to help me. I was honestly surprised and disappointed because I have met the manager before and she was very pleasant and helped fix a problem right away. I don’t think she was there that night though. I work in the service industry as well and I know it sucks when people come last minute I don’t even like to come the last hour, but the rule is if you’re open to a certain time you have to take those orders or those customers.

I used to love this place I drove from Durham just to come here and the lady was so rude. I asked her a simple question about the milkshakes and blasts and she stormed out of the door and was like ” what are you talking about, what do you want? ” t hen she read out the flavors of shakes as if I couldn’t read. I asked a question about the picture of a certain one because it didn’t have the name 8f the flavor on it so I asked her again and she very rudely said I told you it was browine blast, I was like ok, calm down and she walked away. I said nevermind dont even worry about it, I said a few choice words and left . I have worked in retail many years and I would never be like that to a customer especially if they were not rude or deserving of it. I will look for another Sonic I guess but I won’t be back to that one.

My order was missing both marinara sauces for my cheese sticks. When I called the location in Creedmoor to bring the discrepancy to attention, the person who answered the phone was rude, cut me off, and then hung up on me. I hope management will look into this issue and resolve it before this location gets closed down like so many others have.
One positive… they followed the direction of “no ice” and the DrPepper was good.

I had to use the restroom here at this location traveling back from Virginia to Georgia. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have like. Mostly the floor needed to be swept and mopped. I went through the drive through, they asked twice for me to repeat what I wanted on my burger. I ordered the number 1 with tater tots, and a dr pepper. The food was really good, sandwich was made well, no leakage of condiments on the burger shooting out the back while holding and biting. I would definitely recommend this location.

Touchscreen did not work for ordering, service was slow and no napkins were given. Wife said the chicken tenders were terrible and gave me grief all evening for taking her to Sonic instead of Arby’s.

I never leave reviews. Ever. But we have come here several times in the past few months and their card machine is always down, they ask you to order from the app which does not work, and their “blast machine” is always down.

Wow wow wow! Waited 40 mins for a simple sundae, when the server delivered it, it was flatten by a soda lid, runny with red cherry juice all over and looked like trash vs something that should be served to a customer. Nasty and super disappointing. When someone is on a road trip stopping for a treat this was trash not a treat!
